Walked in, seated 30 seconds later. Tara was busy but took excellent care of us. The meals tasted as they should! A 5 star experience!
I waited 10 minutes to try to place a carryout order but was ignored by the two waitresses and manager. This is by far worst Bob Evans location that I've ever been to and I definitely won't be back
Not bad.still Doesn't seem to have recovered from covid. Waitresses were arguing about table assignments using profanity. Classy! I have no idea of there was manager onsite.. if so, perhaps that's even worse..
The service was awful. The server was the worst I had ever experienced in my life. He moved at a snail pace and he was not concerned with service time whatsoever. Luckily the food was good otherwise I would have walked out of there.
As always a great breakfast and even though it was extremely busy we didn't feel as if the wait time or service time suffered one bit. Excellent job! I have been at other restuarant where this many people would have ended badly. The staff were on their toes and completed service after service with a smile and determination to keep everyone happy. Way to go everyone you've all done very well!
The best mashed potatoes, green beans, and macaroni you'll ever get hands down! Customer service is great also, they're staff truly are one of the best I've ever seen.
Service was awesome! I got the roast beef dinner and it was amazing! My husband got the homestead breakfast and everything was great, but the sausage gravy. He said that it tasted burnt and runny. Other than that, the food was amazing. We will try again soon to see if it was just a bad day for gravy. Lol
Bob Evans is always a consistently good. The service is always fast and friendly. The menu is familiar but they refresh frequently. The country fried steak breakfast might not be the healthiest meal on the planet but it is comfort food at it's finest. Especially when hung over, I love to stop in. It's usually very quiet and quick. I highly recommend their burgers as well, the seasoning in their meat is amazing and it is one of the juiciest burgers ever.
Really disappointing. I had the Turkey dinner. The food was warm at best. I don't blame it on anyone but I do blame it on this nightmare of a plague we all are experiencing.
The hostess that seated us wore a mask on his chin and never wore it properly. Why have it on if it's not going to be worn properly. We were seated at a table that was sticky and given menus that were covered in syrup. After switching tables I ordered biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were not cooked all the way thru - doughy in the middle, and I sent back the gravy as it was luke warm. On top of this experience the music from the kitchen was playing loud with explicit language, which doesn't seem appropriate for a Bob Evans family restaurant. The experience it's not worth the $ at this location. Will not be going back anytime soon!
