Staff friendly, food good but some areas need to work on cleaning better and wiping sticky areas better such as menus needed wiped down
I live in Columbus, Ohio and the Bob Evans up there are great. I stopped at this location and the food is awful. The waitress was good so I tipped her. I order the strawberry breakfast meal. The first order of home fries were burnt, cold, and old. I can't believe that let those plates go out like that. The replacements needed a little more cooking time, but I didn't want to send back because they probably would have done something to our food. The sausage seemed like it was sitting around, the eggs were not scrambled they were folded. The French toast was okay, but I didn't eat it all.I will not eat from this location again. I will stick to the ones in Columbus.
I went on Saturday and after 20min for biscuits and gravy, we asked for our money back. Sunday I got biscuits and gravy and the biscuits were stale.I usually have good food and service here, but this weekend was a bust.
Great service, got avocado on my chicken and it was very fresh.
I was so disappointed in BobEvens this time I used to go to the one in Cherry grove when I was working I'm retired now and so I was craving biscuits and gravy. I ordered the homestead breakfast. I was so disappointed the cup of gravy was only half full at best. The potatoes maybe 2 table spoons.The bacon 2 have pieces and half of another piece. An 2 eggs it could have really fit into half the size of the container it was in. The biscuits were in a different container with my husband's 2 biscuits he had ordered a chef salad with extra ranch dressing no ranch dressing it was something else that was sweet. Thank goodness we had some at home. I don't know what happened maybe they were running out of food ?...I got busy so I didn't call an tell them about it an time got away from me.
Took a minute to be seated. Server was attentive. Able to make substitutions in my meal so I got exactly what I wanted. Banana bread was very good.
Don't ever order online and pay before getting your order. I ordered a loaf of banana bread and when I got there they told me they were out. I asked if they took it off my bill and I was told it would be credited back on my card. Well it wasn't a week later, so I called and they told me it takes about 2 weeks. Well, a month later still no credit. They have lost my business.
My son got an order to go that had french fries that tasted like they had soap/hand sanitizer/cleaner on them. we called about it to prevent someone else from getting fries with something in them. the cook, who said he was the manager also, denied the french fries having any problem. he said they don't use hand sanitizer, and said they wear gloves and they use soap to wash their hands. doesn't matter what they use or even if they wear gloves, something was in the french fries and they weren't willing to do anything about it.
Best Bob Evans in the city they have real cooks and chefs
Took developmentally disabled clients there and waitress was kind and understanding. The food was good and nice portions!
