We ordered 3 salads. 2 cobb salads (no dressing) no blue cheese and a grilled chicken wildfire salad no tomato. Both the cobb salads came with blue cheese (deathly Ill) and the wild fire salad came with Tomatoes and no wildfire dressing. Asked for rolls, got biscuits that you could break glass with. 3 salads all wrong, Zero attention to detail. **Bonus** The receipt was correct.
Slow service dining in. Food was decent but took quite a long time. They are definitely prioritizing carry out over dine in at the finneytown location. We were put on a wait for a table but there were probably 4 tables being used in the whole restaurant. Window was full of to-go orders and the front desk was more concerned with the carry out customers unfortunately. We probably won't return to dine
Where to begin….many items we tried ordering were not available. The waitress we had could barely remember what we ordered and almost spilled my soup all over the table. The conversations being had with customers dining in, were very inappropriate, along with one employee saying out loud, “ Do customers not know how to bus their own tables?” Many saying they wish the customers would hurry up so they could lock the doors. They made the comment, we should start telling everyone who walks in, there isn’t enough food to serve anyone. While trying to sit and enjoy our food, we noticed a hair in the sandwich, on top of the employees yelling back and forth about issues they have working here. Definitely a very unprofessional place and not worth coming back.
The service was great. They we're fast.The food was delicious I got the cinnamon supreme pancakes, if you have never had them you should try them.
Food was good, service was OK but the waitress didn't write down our order we asked for honey and jelly but she brought neither and we had to ask again. She never checked on us after she brought our food. We had to ask for refill
I had a great experience at this location. It was a bit understaffed and for that we had to wait a little bit for a table, and I was fine with that. Even though other customers were a little unhappy with the wait times, the staff handled it graciously and still had good attitudes and did the best that they could. The food was as great as it always was! I recommend any of the breakfast items on the menu. They are always on point!
Good food. Decent portions for the price. Our waitress stopped in the middle of taking our order to have a personal conversation with another customer. She wasn’t writing down the order, so we kept having to repeat ourselves. I just thought it was rude.
My food was nothing like it looked on the commercials. Not that I expected it to. Since I had carry out my husband brought home. I had to take it back to let them see how poorly my food was prepared. The manager did try to make it right. I was trying to give 3.5 stars.
I was very pleased with their food! Everything that came to the table looked amazing and had the taste to match!! The only reason I took a star is because the restaurant was a bit cold. I will definitely be returning with my family. BTW the banana bread was too die for!!!
The last 2 times I have been in this location I've had amazing service. Last night we had dinner here, service was a little slow so I was looking around to see if I could figure out why. I noticed that Heather, our waitress, seemed to be the ONLY wait staff. I asked her if this was true, she said yes. Once this was confirmed I realized the service wasn't slow at all. This lady was waiting on the whole dining room & not missing a beat. She got everything correct & was running around that place and owning it! And the whole time she was polite, energetic & NEVER lost her smile. She needs to be recognized & appreciated. Don't take her for granted!!! She was going above & beyond for you Bob Evans, treat her good cause she is an asset to you that you can't afford to loose!!!
