Had 3 children 5 and under. Your waitstaff and staff alike we're going through a rush with a 30 minute wait time at least. Your waitress was absolutely amazing! She constantly came up to make sure we were alright and to get me more coffee cause by the the end of my visit my children were losing there minds. Thank you all for your kind hearts and patience with us. My kids had a lovely time! Excellent customer service! 10/10!!!
It was decent. My waitress was genuinely nice to us. I went with my husband and my 6 month old. They had a high chair for her, I had to stuff it with jackets to fill in the extra space so she would be stable. I knew what to expect being that I’ve been to this Bob Evans before. The restaurant was clean but my menu felt icky lol but I didn’t say anything because that’s what you can pretty much expect at a restaurant on this level. The food is always just what you ordered. I went during breakfast so I ordered I think, the Double Meat Farmer and I got double bacon scrambled eggs hash browns and pancakes. It’s was cooked how they (Bob Evans) tells them to cook it. If you want a banging breakfast cook it yourself at home, but for convenience or easy food no cooking I guess go there? It wasn’t my choice, my husband picked it lol.

Went in at around 7 to have a family dinner with our toddler, well the lady’s working kept starring at us while we were waiting to be seated. Long story short a couple people came in after us and while they were waiting too one of the women comes up to the counter starts to serve someone who came in after us didn’t ask us to be seated or anything these stares at us with a weird look and continues on with the lady. We left and won’t be going there again.
Ordered the turkey dinner. It had no gravy on it. Got a side of broccoli that wasnt cooked. Food was cold freshly out of the kitchen and it all was very salty. I will definitely not be back. And It was my first time at this location and kitchen staff needs replaced.
My husband and I stopped for a late breakfast, our server was prompt and courteous. I had one of the breakfast bowls. It was delicious and the portion was generous. I had to take some home.
Extremely disrespectful girl giving out take out order today. Was literally dropping food on the ground and picking it back up to serve. I was told my order would take 20 minutes. I come after 20 minutes and they say it will be just a moment. It ended up sitting behind the counter for 45 minutes because of pure negligence. No one was available to even ask about my order. It was cold and i was late for work. I work at a resturaunt where we are short staffed with 5x more business and it is NOT THAT HARD to do your job....
I ordered the honey butter fried chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and corn for my sides. The mashed potatoes and corn we're cold, and I requested hot mashed potatoes and corn from my server. She asked if I wanted my plate heated for which I replied "no." So, she brought me a little bowl of mashed potatoes and a little bowl of corn that tasted much better and was hot. She insisted that I scrape off my mashed potatoes and corn from my dinner plate to a bread plate that I was using for my dinner rolls. I began scraping off my mashed potatoes and my dinner plate kept sliding on the table. She then puts both hands on my dinner plate to hold it in place while I'm scraping off my mashed potatoes. One of her hands had a plastic baggie on it and this was definitely UNSANITARY! When she put both of her unsanitary hands, one with a baggie, on my dinner plate, I looked at her and said do you really need these back. She said no and thought I wanted to remove them from my dinner plate. I said that I can eat the fresh hot mashed potatoes and corn out of their respective bowls. She said okay and walked away. I could not finish my dinner because I was so grossed out. You never put your dirty hands on someone's dinner plate.. PERIOD! The chicken was rubbery but tolerable. I definitely will not return to this Bob Evans restaurant at 6318 Glenway Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45211 ever again. I am not exaggerating but this really made me sick to my stomach.
We placed a large online curbside order tonight. When we arrived, we called the number for curbside pick up and no one answered for over 30 minutes. I eventually walked inside and waited several more minutes. An employee finally addressed me and told me to go back outside and look for a white truck. She then promptly walked away. Their customer service is bad. It seemed like all of their employees were upset that they had to work and they did not want to be there. They all had attitudes and were upset/frustrated that they had customers to deal with (besides the guy working in the white truck…he was courteous).
Most recent experience was horrible. I placed a carry out order was quoted a time. I got there about 10 minutes late I parked in the curbside parking spot called multiple times and no one answered. I went inside and I waited 5 more minutes before being addressed. Ask for my food They stated they had made my food but someone must have taken it. I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my food. I complained to the manager Jerry. He was extremely rude like it was my fault. I'm very upset with how I was treated.
