Great atmosphere and great coffee!! Highly recommend!
The lounge set up reminds me of the café from friends (tv show). The Black Coffee Lounge gives off strong vibes of neo soul, free spirited, inclusive Urbancana, community oriented. The Pink Rose Lemondae Tea (Herbal Tea) was good. The artwork on the walls is awe-inspiring and refreshing. They sell Black Coffee Lounge T-shirts and a variety of ? pastries. BCL is located right on the corner. It's perfect if you're on foot. If not prepare to pay to park.
My 1st time at the coffee shop and it was a great experience. I purchased a homemade oatmeal cream pie & Sun Love drinks. Please patronize this shop, the customer service is always a 10! I will be back & bring friends with me.
I went to Black Coffee Lounge for the first time today with my niece and sister. The service was amazing and the drinks were delicious! The young lady who took our coffee order was so sweet and provided a recommendation of one of her favorite drinks the Ooh Wee, which we ordered. The young lady who made our drinks was very sweet and brought them over to us. If you haven't been I definitely recommend checking them out!

I've always wanted to visit a coffee house and I feel we made the perfect choice for our coffee date The staff was wonderful. They gave great conversation and suggestions. The atmosphere was great as well. It was pretty laid back and they were playing music but it wasn't the radio (which was great). We especially enjoyed the sign about sanitizing your hands when entering the premises. The vegan chia muffin and apple turnover are divine!!! We ordered 2 more before leaving.. We can't wait to go back.

This place is the place. The smells will wake up all your senses. The baked goods and pastries are so beautiful and perfect that you don't want to mess them up by taking a bite. But you won't be able to resist yourself They have a vegan pumpkin muffin that customers rave about then have an array of choices in coffee and drinks to get your morning started with. Every thing is priced well. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The art is gorgeous. Such good vibes inside. The best thing though was the friendly staff. They really make you feel welcomed. If you go to that other corporate place to get your coffee.. oreven if you don't like coffee you can find something for you.. Come here and give this place a chance.See what buying local means and how much more you can get for your money. Come and see this great place in your community. I make an effort to stop at this Cafe whenever I am in Cincinnati. Great coffee, fantastic lemonade and the nicest staff I have ever encounters. I love this place!
I’ve done several deliveries for this business and every time I go in there I get the most professional customer service! All the employees are very friendly and welcoming. They always get orders ready in a timely manner and if there is going to be a wait, they make sure you know and they don’t just leave you hanging like most of the restaurants I’ve delivered for. I’m happy to make deliveries for this business.
