I’m not sure what went wrong with my Bagel shop. I have been going there since 2006. The last couple of times the bagels were not as good and not as big as of past years. Maybe it’s the Management or Ownership, but today was the last straw for me. The girl that took my order got everything wrong. The fact that she had AirPods in should have clued me in. Wrong bagel, wrong cream cheese, charged me for the more expensive bagel. When I came back in they gave me the correct bagel and cream cheese, however it was such a disappointment of what I have been accustomed to for 16 years. Do better, I don’t want your reputation of a good bagel shop to become tainted.
Lots of variety in bagels and muffins. Sandwiches also. I've ordered ahead for my work site too.
I feel like it’s really gone down hill. I haven’t had a good experience in a while. Either out of bagels or just not what it used to be. My blueberry bagel today was hard as a rock and had absolutely no flavor to it what so ever. Very sad considering I used to love this place. I probably won’t be returning.
Always fast, friendly customer service. Best bagel sandwiches hands down whether it’s breakfast or lunch. High quality ingredients and high quality employees.
The best bagels in the world! Every other pales in comparison! There's not a deli in New York that can do it any better! Do yourself a favor, go get some!

It is clean, great friendly service, everything they sell is fresh, only problem I have I live in Northern KY and this location is the closest place to buy gourmet muffins and delicious bagels I like the blueberry bagels with their chicken salad. Please consider opening a location in northern KY!!
