Loved it! Myself, mother-in-law and two teenage daughters are there last night and can't wait to go back! First walking in the garlic herb and butter smell was intoxicating. The food was delicious, large portions and beautiful! Everyone was speaking personally to the chef, which was so endearing. Everyone needs to go check this place out. We had vegetable and chicken primavera, Italian wedding soup, turkey club, pesto pasta, then canolie and cheesecake and canolie. All amazing!

This was our first visit, but it won't be our last. The menu is small, with not a lot of choices, but the food was excellent! We both had fettuccine alfredo, his was shrimp and mine with chicken. Both were delicious, and the servings were so large we brought some home to enjoy later. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful! A cozy little restaurant with a homey atmosphere. The chef and owner, Biago, was right there making the food and greeting customers. The shrimp alfredo was the best pasta I've ever had with the delicious homemade noodles and a generous portion of shrimp in a creamy, delicate, rich sauce that melted in my mouth. The house made tiramisu was divine. The waiter was attentive and professional and you can tell Biago really cares about his customers, he knew many of them by name and took the time to attend to me even in small details. A gem.

This place is fantastic ? A true Itialian restaurant with an authentic taste and a warm cozy setting. The food here is outstanding. I had the shrimp Alfredo and she had the chicken pasta. I can't wait to go back to enjoy some more taste of Italy. ?

My husband and I are staying at a Clifton B&B. Our host recommended Biagio's, so we happily ate there last night. It reminded us both of eating in Rome, Italy. The focus of the restaurant is on tasty homemade authentic Italian food promptly cooked to order. We loved our food (I am dairy free, and they happily customized my meal). Tonight, we intended to return, but were tempted by the fancy ambiance and rooftop seating at a neighboring grill. The experience at the neighboring venue was subpar, so afterward, we returned to Biagio's for a real meal...which was superb, delightful, and very satisfying!! Don't be fooled by appearances. Head straight to Biagio's for a meal from Italy and you won't be disappointed.

Specials on the day of our visit were A) Lasagna & B) Salmon with Linguini Pesto. Both were wonderful. I enjoyed my Salmon on-site and reheated my wife's leftover Lasagna the next day. Looking forward to another opportunity to our next visit!

Great spot! Great service!I had the pesto with chicken and my boyfriend had the chicken scallopini, both were very good. There was a great selection of wine and desserts. I recommend the cannoli. We will be back!

Yum!!! If this place is on your radar GO, try it out. Definitely a hidden gem! Flavors and freshness are on point, service was great and the quaint intimate atmosphere was perfect. We tried this place on a whim and it did not disappoint! Pretty neat experience to be able to see the kitchen from any seat. There is a huge mirror on the wall so we could still see everything even though we choose a more secluded table by the window.I'd say it's time for some minor updates to the aesthetic though. Like taking off the old wall paneling and changing up the paint to give it a more updated vibe. But that doesn't really matter with how delicious everything is! Also a little candle at each table would be nice for the ambiance this place has! Overall this will be our new go to for Italian food.

Biagios is a small hidden gem in Clifton. It’s an Italian restaurant with a family feel to it. We have been there numerous times. It is one of the top places I recommend when people are visiting Cincinnati. Biagio (owner) cooks the food in an open layout so you can watch him cook. The service is great and the food is fantastic! The daily special changes but is always the best whether it includes sea bass, steak, etc. I highly recommend it! It is a smaller restaurant so I would look at 8 or less people as a group. Recently, I had the petite filets special! So good!

The chef makes delicious Tomato Basil soup, and Tiramisu. Fettuccine Alfredo was good too. Slightly overpriced given the current state of the restaurant. Like really old cutlery, long wait for food, old furniture.
