Extremely courteous and polite. Very accomodating at individualizing our order without the feeling that we were putting them out. Even though we live in Union, we feel the extra mileage is worth the experience.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of meats and service! The staff was very friendly and helpful! I had veal cutlets made up and was blown away by the cut, packaging, and freshness of my meat order. The cuts were the perfect thickness and large size, and each individually wrapped. I was happy I was able to make my veal cutlets! I’ll be returning. Thank you!!
I just made probably the best pot roast I have ever made. I have made this recipe for 30 years. The first thing that struck me is the beef broth that I made from the marrow bones I got from you. I have never made a beef broth that did not produce a gray foam that had to be skimmed off upon coming to a simmer. When I made my broth from your marrow bones, it did not happen. The Chuck roast was perfectly marbled. We made your short ribs for Christmas and they were absolutely sublime. We so appreciate you.

Wanted to stop in and grab a sandwich. Have never visited before and was not sure what was available. Man at the counter did not seem to want to help. I left without ordering. Poor customer service.

I came in here one day for the first time deciding what I was going to make for my week, and the men at the counter were very helpful!! they cut the bacon fresh I saw and also the salmon was delicious and juicy ?will be going back, alot of restaurants use the meat from here as shown on the walls so you know its good!!
