So disappointed. I know these pretzels are good. We got two pretzels and when we got around to eating them 10 mins later, they were both hard as a rock. Employees there did NOT look like they wanted to be there and the way the gentleman slammed the dough down on the counter made the whole visit very unwelcoming. Come on Auntie Anne's... you're better than that.

I literally just left from this place, and when I tell you the cinnamon nuggets I purchased was hard as a rock. Very disappointed!! I couldn't take them back due to the unsatisfied order, because I had to be at work in like 20 mins. I called up there and the staff seemed to not care and very unbothered!! Upset cause I really had a taste for them today only to be disappointed. Swear I hate to spend my money on food and be dissatisfied with the food!!!!!!!! The sad part of it all was the food hadn't even been sitting under the heat lamp they had just cooked them and they still turned out bad.
