There was mold on my pretzel, when we called to let them know, the woman was very very rude and did not take the issue seriously. So unprofessional.

This place has went downnnnnnn hill. The second time I've been here where they didn't have pretzels even ready for 20 minutes. That is insanity. I've never waited this long for a pretzel in my entire life. You could get Garrett's Popcorn in Chicago faster.
