Food is always very good, but this place is consistently unbearably cold over the last several visits. During our last visit (earlier this week), several guests besides us were heard making complaints about the temperature. We had jackets &sweaters on and we're still cold. After complaining about the cold and receiving no satisfactory response, we saw another guest retrieve a jacket from his car. We hate to lose a source of good food in the neighborhood, but they need to listen to their customers about the uncomfortable environment. We'd love to feel we could ENJOY coming back for their good food.
I had the chipotle bbq burger and my wife had the turkey burger and they were both amazing. Cooked perfectly, full of complementary flavors and textures. The staff were friendly and engaging. Their bar is well stocked and has plenty of offerings for various well priced drinks.My wife and I plan to return several times to try the other sandwiches and menu items.
If I could give Arthur's zero stars, I would. My daughter and I both ordered medium - some pink - burgers and fries. Hers was delivered with no pink and mine was dripping blood into the bun. The fries looked and tasted like they had been cooked in grease that was a week old. To top it off, our waiter explained that my burger was indeed prepared medium, I ordered incorrectly, and it describes it just fine on the menu. I failed to see where it said medium is subjective, different for each person, and includes a sopping red bun. So much for the customer always being right. Will NOT be returning. EVER!
I was impressed by the selection of burgers they offered. Also had dinner salads as well. Burger was cooked just as I asked for it to be done.

Great food, good servers and great atmosphere. Try different salads of pastas or various chicken toppings. Fish tacos are excellent. Fun neighborhood pub with elevated choices of beers or mixed drinks . Go!
Ordered chicken wings and menu said jumbo and they charge $ 16.00. First off, they were very small and over cooked. Very disappointing and a major rip off! This is something that needs to change and be addressed.I wrote this review a week ago and no reply! It is now 2/9/2022. Speaks volumes of poor owners and management! I was sick for 3 days over those nasty over priced "jumbo wings". They don't even deserve the one star! Big fat ZERO!! You need to respond to your paying customers and reach out and not ingore them and their complaints and fix the PROBLEMS AND ISSUES!!!!!!!!!
Great place for lunch, family owned business with quality food. I enjoyed the meal and great service. Good food at a fair price.
Looking for a great hamburger, Arthur's is a good place to go. Cooked to order and lots of toppings to select from. Stopped in to place a take out order and food was ready right as I finished one beer. Several local beers on tap to pair with great menu items.
