The food is lackluster and doesn’t stand a chance next to real Mediterranean food. Dry pita, tough kabobs, underwhelming shawarma. I think this place does well because it has an attractive menu and its a chain. The atmosphere is nice and the servers are great. But there are plenty of better Middle Eastern food options in Cincinnati, including Baladi and Sultan.Case in point, the plate pictured below is $17. A few heaping spoons of vermicelli rice and dried out beef. Not great value and flavors disappointed. We gave it two chances and won’t be back.

A disaster! Unfortunately there is no zero star because it doesn’t deserve even a star!! Awful food! My son vomited right in front of the restaurant and kept vomiting when we came back to the hotel. A very bad experience we had there!!If you’re looking for authentic Mediterranean food, please go look somewhere else!Lentil soup? Hot water with some green soup!Cheese Pizza for kids? Go home and make them a cheese sandwich would be much better!!Lamb kebab? I never tasted meat as bad as this!! They should name it rubber may be!!!On top of that, kinda costly! The waitress was good thu, so this what makes me leave one star fairly!!But Never again!

Excellent experience. Everything was good, everything. Vegetables were fresh. Chicken and lamb was very tender. Sauces were very tasty. Excellent source for Middle Eastern/Mediterranean cuisine. Very reasonably priced. All the staff we encountered, multiple young people, very energetic, attentive and helpful.

Knowing this is a chain restaurant but the food is very tasty. Lots of very affordable options, vegetarian and even vegan options. The decor is very pleasant and clean. Typically a very laid back crowd of folks and laid back staff. Also a great location with plenty of parking.

Great place and very pleasant staff at this location. The food is better quality than most restaurants for 5he price point and portions are never short. We have been coming here for years and it's always consistent. The place is small enough so its comfy and usually a fun lively crowd.

Not the first time I eat here. Friendly staff, clean environment, great food. Also very reasonable priced, which always helps.

I love Aladdin’s. Their food is always consistent, great for dine in or take out and the portions are generous for the $. The staff is very helpful if you’re unfamiliar with the menu items. They also offer larger portions on some of their appetizers and soups- guaranteed crowd pleasers with zero stress or mess.

Possibly the most arrogant sign I've ever seen inside a restaurant. "If you don't like our food or service, just shut up and deal with it!" - Aladdin's ManagementObviously, not open to criticism of anything relating to their restaurant. Don't allow Chef Ramsay in this place. The snowflakes will melt!

So delicious. Our favorite is the Chicken Dijon Wrapped Pita. If they bottled their hot sauce and garlic sauce I would 100% buy it.

First time eating here and service was excellent, food was perfect and the dessert even more so! Usually when I ask for well-done meat, it's hardly chewable but this chef evidently knew how to make it perfect because my lamb was done to perfection! Also, the tiramisu was best I've ever tasted. We'll definitely be back!
