If I could give it 0 stars I would every time I go in here my wait is 10+ minutes just for a meal while I watch 4 orders go out the drive thru in the amount of time and one of the girls at the register is rude every time I go in there people always standing around doing nothing and when you ask for ketchup they act like it's a big deal... probably won't be going back to this location again honestly
Stopped by this Wendy’s on our way through town. I don’t review many places unless they are sooo bad or sooo good they deserve to be commented on. Unfortunately this falls in the so very bad column. First exposure we should have just left. I went into the womens bathroom and it stunk like B.O. and it appeared in the stall to have urine that dried/yet sticky looking on the floor..this just didn’t happen that day. It had to have been there awhile. We proceeded to the counter to order food. While paying for the food. The cashier strikes up a conversation with me. So I just said I had a long day. Then he proceeds to tell me that He has had an even longer day and continues on that He went to school this morning and had to do a test. Then he says that he spent the rest of his afternoon picking up trash while a sheriff pointed a shot gun at him and others. He then said it was his brother who got in trouble.. but he “dipped” so he’s the one that took the fall. So after that lovely information and my receipt handed to me. We stood back waiting for our order. I used to work in the food industry so I pay attention to what the workers are doing. I saw multiple employees with gloves on touch their faces and hair while prepping food. The counter by the soda and napkins were so dirty and sticky. Do you not have any sanitizer or cleaner there? We were given our food. My husbands burger looked like it was sat upon and his fries were extremely salty..he couldn’t eat them. My chicken sandwich looked ok. But I had a hard time getting passed all the face and hair touching. We basically threw away 20 dollars of food. Please do better Wendy’s and teach your employees. ?♀️?
The restaurant was very clean and the condiment area was organized. The server was very polite and hospitable. He shared stories about his father being a truck driver and his appreciation for other drivers. Being a professional driver, this appreciation and conversation is extremely rare. If you’re driving a truck or pulling a trailer, I highly recommend this place. You can turn in the first entrance, circle all the way around and park in the back. When you’re ready to go through the store parking lot next-door and come out at the light to get back on the highway. OR Park next-door at the Pilot and walk over.
Was clean fast and the burgers were fresh. Fries did not meet the hype! But were still good flavor
Why can't they get any orders correct , wanted a BLT... EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT GOES ON A FREAKING BLT...NOT THESE IDIOTS... AVOID THIS PLACE !!!
They tend to forget items as well as most fast food places but their french fries are really great as long as they are hot.
Waited 29 minutes for mobile order. Manager on duty 12/30/[email protected] 6:34 pm.spoke down to lady cashier and made a rude comment when another customer told him not to treat her that way. So rude! Also the slow service has delayed our 9 hour car trip.
This location is horrible ..not one employee acted like they knew what they were doing...had to go in after going thru the drive thru and they still couldn't get it right... I'll never go back
The gentleman at the window was really great. Plus the food was good and hot too!!
Service was quick and friendly. Got a classic chicken sandwich. It was very dry.
