It was terrible. This is the 3rd time they have totally gotten our order wrong. We won't be going there anymore. We ordered a single combo with Mayo, cheese and onion. A double combo with pickle, mustard and onion. Small chili instead of fries. We got a double with BBQ sauce and onion. A single with ketchup, Mayo and bacon! They gave us fries instead of chili's. Then the manager tried to tell us that we would have to pay extra for the chilis. I give up. Oh well. It won't happen again.

Had to wait in line as the first person in line for over 10 minutes before placing order. The wait was so long that two people behind me left saying that it was taking too long. When I told the manager that people are leaving because they are taking too long she responded with snotty attitude that I was welcome to put in an application. 1. This place could not afford me. And 2. I would not want to work for a manager that had an attitude such as hers. Instead of taking orders of the line that was forming she again walked away and continued to take another 5 minutes before my order was taken. Then was made to wait again for 5 Frosties as hot food of customers behind me was being handed out. When asking the manager to refund my money and cancel order she was snotty again and told me that she cannot give a refund. With no other option waited another 5 minutes before getting my food.
Considering they only had 3 workers I think they did a pretty damn good job today!!! Props to fast food workers working short staffed!!!
Went through the drive thru and had to wait 5 minutes to order after getting to the order board, there was no one ahead of me at the window. Tried to order chili but was told it wasn't ready to serve. Mind you it was 6pm, why no chili? After we got to the window we still had to wait for a simple order of a single, cheese everything , large fries and baconater fries. Got home and the fries was cold and mostly just small pieces. Wendy's in Chillicothe need to get their acts together
Clean restaurant....I mean clean!Was there February 17th around 3:30pm and the manager was very nice and helpful too!Food was fresh and delicious.This Wendy's is hands down the best!Thank you!
Family and I stopped in for lunch yesterday and found Hunter going above and beyond to help his customers. Very refreshing in todays world of lackluster customer service. Hopefully his mgmt. appreciates his effort.Thank you Hunter
Just save yourself time and energy and go to the new wendys further down the street. They just need to close this location.....its poorly managed and the owner of the franchise clearly doesn't seem to care about service. Yeah the rennovations look nice...but the place is slow, inaccurate and ran by rude/lazy employees.
Every time i been to the one on n bridge st they are supper slow they always say the chilli is not at the right temp so can't sell it and last time i was there they had me and 2 other people waiting almost 30 min to get what we ordered
Love the new fries! A must try!!! I used to get my sandwiches at Wendys and my fries at McDs but no longer! And the new variety machine for sodas is the bomb! They offer Coke Zero products!!
