Went 4 days in a row and 3 of those days I was told by the employee that they were too busy w doordash orders to take care of any customers that were coming through the drive thru. In addition to the one day they would serve me,I was overcharged and didn't get right order and I tried to ask and point out at that moment and employee refused to answer me or fixing. Basically I paid too much walking away w wrong order and never correctly taken care of. Tried filing complaints online and it will not take my correct number I asked again what to do to fix it and not fixed. What a shame I love taco bell but can't even explain how much help they need to fix issues here on western Ave.
I've been going here around once a week for over 3 months, and there have been items missing every single time; sometimes entire meals. I Would rate zero stars and send tacobell a bill if I could. They aslo only ever have the same 2 girls working and close hours early due to under staffing. Not enough money flowing down the corporate ladder.
DO NOT LEAVE THIS STORE WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR BAG. Seriously the third time they gave me an incomplete order. They nice about owning up to it but it should never have been passed out the window to begin with.
Coming from a dasher it’s extremely inconsiderate you guys don’t leave your lobby’s open for us when every other restaurant in town is open to the public and if they aren’t they let us inside... I’ve been in line a total of 15 minutes for 3 tacos and still have 3 cars in front of me. also try paying your workers a decent wage and maybe you could stay staffed.
Closed 30 minutes early (7:30) with cars waiting in drive-thru, just quit taking orders. Doors locked, no one answering the phone, no one would come to the drive thru window. 2 of the cars waiting had online orders!! TERRIBLE! Western Ave.
DASHER REVIEWThe Taco Bell's in the Chillicothe area are broken and have been since the pandemic started. There seems to be no interest in making sure that there are enough employees to run the stores properly. They will lose in Chillicothe if they don't get it together.
Penny was great and accurate about taking my order but my food was wrong. My beefy melts had lettuce in them and one of my nacho cheeses was practically empty.
I'm not one to complain it really takes a lot but I want through the drive Thur it was the wrong order the first time an when I went back through I got the right order kinda but was way below standard. It's sad to say but I think they need to up their game a bit.
Dining room shutdown was apparently a good thing for Taco Bell. Don't know what else changed, but good, fast service, friendly staff, clean dining room. I ordered the wrong thing for my daughter (the fries were a consolation prize!), but everything Taco Bell did was excellent.
The Diablo on my cheesy steak burrito was the stuff dreams are made of.Sweet dreams.......
