I work a gig based delivery platform here in Chillicothe, and this Bridge St., Taco Bell needs desperate help they need a good manager their employees seem to be capable, but they’re always shorthanded they’re always out of product equipment is sometimes broken down all things that a good manager would be taking care of. If I could give them a half a star I would.
Food was great! Took a little time to get through the drive thru. But overall, good experience.

One stars because my order was messed up. I ordered a number 6 no sour cream add nacho cheese. With a soft shell and a Baja blast with an addition spicy potato taco. I received a hard shell taco and sour cream with nacho cheese on my chicken chalupa.
They had me pull around and wait for my order and forgot I was out there until they brought another customer order out and then when I finally got my food it was short, this is the 2nd time in a row I've went there my food has been less than what I paid for, probably the last time I go here
Ordered food online and waited 40 minutes for our food. If we hadn't already paid I would have just left. When looking inside most people were not working. The one kid that looked like he was working was also the poor kid who had to come out and give us the food.

I sat for a whole entire hour in line waiting on 2 supreme burritos the other night. They were soooo slowww. I myself wouldv left n went somewhere else, but it was my bosses dinner n thats we she wanted. But i wld not suggests going there n the evening.
Bridge st taco bell has been not doing so well. Line always backed up and food is cold or they don't have hamburger. Or your order is never in the bag right. Yes we all make mistakes but this has become a habit. Western Ave has been on top and up to power for the job. Great job western Ave!!!
Super fast service, order meal was perfect and actually filled perfectly. Very perfect customer service ! Will definitely come back !
