They have no more cashier period, 4 kiosks. When trying to ask someone a question while ordering I thought I was gonna have to walk into the kitchen myself. It took over 2 minutes for the food, then "oh you ordered a shake too"? DID YOU NOT SEE WHAT I ENTERED INTO THE KIOSK??? YES. So, it would appear to cut costs of staffing, they let the intelligent ones go and the rest are who still work there.
Very disappointed. The milkshakes used to have actual chunks of strawberries in it now it taste like they got the strawberry syrup from Walmart and mixed it together. None of the milkshakes had Cherries. The seasoning I used to love they no longer have. My husband ordered onion rings and got maybe 4 rings. Nothing like the steak and shake that we used to know. Not sure I'll be back.
Wow! I was excited to go have dinner here since we don't have one in SC where we live. VERY disappointed. The food was all mashed together in on bag. Fries were cold and dry like they had set out for hours before being served. Definitely not the Steak n Shake I was expecting.
My sister and I was disappointed, the food was good, but we asked a man if he could wash off out table, and get some lids for our drinks, he said yes. Asked twice for lids and gave us 2 and never put any out . No never washed the table, my sister wet a napkin and cleaned it. It was 8 pm on 4/ 7. No one ever came out to clean any tables all the time we was there.
Love to see them making their burgers fresh, but sometimes on the weekends there's a bit of wait. If there's anything wrong with your food they don't mind remaking it.They also have burger menu for 3.99. I get my burger and fries, then head to McDonald's for a cheap drink. I spend 5 or less on food.?
It was like going back to the future. It was the best experience I ever had. The turbulence was rough. If not for the courage of the Skipper and the Crew, the Minnow would be lost. Peanut butter and cornbread is terrific. It's not a potatoes till it grows eyes.
Food is good. Was a bit dissapointed at the burger compated to the picture. In the pic it looked as if I'd be full after but the burger itself was like half the size as shown.I knpw it's an advertizement thing and has been done for decades now but use the real picture.
Good service & food. Food well prepared & fast. Food not slopped together like most fast food places. Friendly staff. I mostly go through drive thru. But when eating inside everyones been friendly, restaurant clean & bathrooms always clean, when we've been there to Dine in.Recommend if looking for a good burger joint for take out or dine in. Always freshly cooked to order & hot when received.
