The food was hard. Hamburger was hard and had been warmed up in microwave. The fries were so salty they could not be eaten. They were old to and tough to chew. Honestly I was really surprised. I won't be going there for a while. I'm disappointed because I spent $23 on a special treat for my family and we could not even eat. And no $ for anything else.
Sat In line in the drivethru for 38 min and got to the speaker and wad told if I didn't have a card or correct change they couldn't help me. Luckily I had a passenger in the car with a card. Then got our food and it was cold. It's crazy we had a 38 min wait and there were 3 cars in front of me. Not to mention once your in the drive-thru if you decide not to order you are stuck if there are cars behind you. I'll never go there again
The most terrible service ever! Not enough employees to handle a drive thru you shouldn't be open then you make people wait and then after 34 mins just to order you say powers out come on now. What makes this the best 5 team members standing in parking lot not fixing the power issue when it can be done manually lol
I went to try the fry seasoned chicken tenders. Also got the strawberry frozen drink it was very good
It's a slow place if you want a hot meal. Also it's hit or miss if they want to serve anyone, I went there on a Sunday and was ignored by the person inside.
Since coming under new management, this Rally's has flourished. Fast service, friendly people and quality product. The late hours are great- I work second shift and have trouble finding a drive-thru after work but they're always there. I can't speak highly enough about the current team there.
The food is great, and always fresh, there's just not enough employees. I hardly ever go anymore because a typical wait is about fifteen to twenty minutes. Definitely a good stop if the drive thru is empty.
Prices not bad food is great but fries are amazing just need longer in the frier
Best burgers and fries bar none in the area. They stay packed so everything is always fresh. Employees for the most part are friendly and will make sure you're happy with your order. If you want a burger this is the place to go.
As a customer the assistant Manger Terry is a delight and service is fast. As a doordasher they get the order done fast and the assistant manger Terry is so polite to the doordashers and is just an amazing person.
