Just a shout out to The Chillicothe Store, for the GREAT Subs for the after prom kids at Peebles High. It was short notice, but they made it happen and the food was delicious!!!!
I'm a Doordash driver and the employees are always so kind...my customers orders are ready for me if not it's being finished as I arrive it's never taken longer then a couple mins to finish the order...very fast service with great customer service
I walked in at 9:10pm which I realize was close to their closing time (10pm) but the level of service was extremely poor. I think shutting down 50 minutes before closing is excessive. The person taking my order was having trouble hearing because the other worker was vacuuming. It felt like I was inconveniencing the people working. Please let me know if my expectations are too high.I ordered three subs and two fries. My sub was made incorrectly which I didn't eat because I really don't like mustard which I specifically excluded from my order. I also didn't get the large fry that I ordered. Overall I didn't value the $32.91 that was spent as I couldn't eat my sub. The only minor saving grace is that two of the subs (for my family) we're made correctly. If it weren't for that my rating would be a one.
My favorite sub sandwich place! And the young lady, Kacie, who took our order was very attentive, efficient and personable. Will definitely be back again and again.

This is a great place to get a delicious fast meal. The workers here have always been very friendly and accommodating. I am a very picky eater but they always make sure they know what I want and that my order is right. Erica has always greeted us with a smile on her face as we walked in and couldn’t ask for a better worker. Thank you for making such great food and making sure we have a great experience when in the restaurant. Make sure you stop out at Penn Station to get your lunch and dinner.

You can never go wrong eating here. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the food of course is always delicious. I do wish we had one closer to us as we have to drive to eat here so we don't go very often. I will say it's worth driving to get! Highly recommend this place if your someone who enjoys a good sub!
