The rapid order pick up is kind of pointless. It's never ready when it tells me it is, and then I have to try and track it down in the restaurant because it's not on the shelf. If it is on the shelf, most of the time my drink is missing or a food item is missing and I hate to wait to get the right items.Really wish the rapid order would be faster and be put where it's supposed to. The employees are kind of rude, they get a bit of an attitude if I ask them where my food is, or to get a cup for the drink I paid for.
I had the onion soup and chicken bacon avocado sandwich. the soup was mostly onions and a hand full of croutons, very dry.. the chicken was cold, no bacon..and had less then a teaspoon of smashed avocado.Tje bread givin to me with my bowl of onions was hard as heck..not to mention the bread my sandwich was on.
Food is good most employees are nice but management is not very professional i have a strong work ethic good references and when i call to check on my application they say we will give u a call back they never did so i call back i go in person to check and kept getting the run around still never called me not sorry were not hiring or we wont hire you. Very very poor management
My new fav Panera location! Super friendly and fabulous service. Delicious food and iced coffee as usual, beautiful and clean as always.
My steak and cheddar sandwich was not good. At. All. It was cold and pretty thin on meat and onions. So disappointed. The soup and bread were fantastic, as always. I appreciate the hustle but trust me, I can wait a few more minutes for the food I ordered to look and taste like it should. I understand it's hard to find workers but that shouldn't mean your service fails to meet the high standards that Panera Bread has set.
My husband and I love Panera’s food, but this is the worst Panera we have been to. We have had multiple problems. We’ve been there quite often so I can guarantee you if you order online and get bread, you will not get butter. If you order French onion soup, you will not get cheese or croutons. If you order a salad, you’ll get a cup of dressing that’s only 1/3 full. They don’t pay a bit of attention to any special instructions on the order. Something as simple as putting a sauce for a sandwich on the side so it doesn’t get soggy…nope. Forget that. Not to mentioned they’re overpriced.
They got my order wrong. I ordered the Ten Vegetable soup, they gave me the Broccoli soup instead. It looked good, so without saying a word, I took it to our table, ate it & loved it. No complaints from me, no sir. ??
Took awhile to be waited on. Soup bowls was less than 1/2 full. What we had was good.
There was a young man with dark brown lightly curly hair who goes by the name of Joshua he gave me service that was very to die for. They serve great food items that bring me joy. Thank you.
Just left this location and the first thing my husband heard from one of the employees talking to a customer was, “Yeah, they looked at me like I was retarded.” That word is incredibly offensive and definitely should not be used in the workplace. On top of that, they left out many items in our order. Won’t be going back!
