Sooooo good! But tonight service was a little slow but that's fine. I'd assume it was their rush time and not much on staff. The waitress was great. The hostess seem to wish they weren't there. Not even a smile. The booth, I and my companion sat at had crayon drawings all over the wall to the right of me. Surprised its not cleaned off or fixed immediately. But overall was very happy with food, the amount of breadsticks and the smiling face of my waitress.

The food was good, the waitress was good, except the a.c. wasn't working right in our part of the restaurant and she had to know this and didn't offer to seat us somewhere else when we said something about it. We assumed it was a problem at the entire restaurant until going to the restroom as we left. The rest of the restaurant felt very nice. This pretty much ruined our time there and it was a special family event. It could have been easily taken care of ?.

I recently arranged to bring a group of my students to this location. They have been doing a cultural study in Italy. They could not have been more organized. We were greeted at the door by the GM that took time to give our students some great information about OG, the history, and food origins. He also gave the students information about the artwork in the restaurant, which is part of what we do in our cultural study. They had everything prepared for us, 2 waitresses assigned who were fantastic, and they were extremely efficient in getting our group in and out in a timely fashion with no chaos. Since our students are also in a business class, we were sure to point out these things to them and the excellent customer service we received. Great job!

My gf, myself and our 2 small children.... went for dinner on mothers day at around 6 pm, and the service was fast and accurate! The server was on point and the man deserves a raise! Worked on the bar side and had a beard. Man is award worthy!!! Fastest service ever and nothing was wrong or anything. I've been alot and best service of all time! 10 out of 10 will go again very soon!

Arrived at 3:45 pm was told it would be 15 minutes to seat us because of shift change. I observed many empty tables. I asked to speak to a manager. He seated us right away.Kyle our server was great, food quality has went down hill since the last time we were there. This was the Chillicothe location

OMG my food was delicious! Taste of Italy (Lasagna, fettuccine and chicken parm) with chicken gnocchi soup & the bread sticks yummyOur server was the BEST!Everything was fresh & delicious. I can't get over how good the soup was, my new favorite! I definitely be a returning customer!

Service was terrible. Food was good but Extremely crowded and severs ignored us. Our sever needed a here's your sign post it on her Forehead, called A HEAD to make a reservation was told by yhe hostesses more than 2 hours before they could get us a table for 2 which was a lie. They simply didn't want to do it. They tried to make us go elsewhere. I made a reservation on their website and got in, in less than 5 minutes they simply didn't want us and our business. We were ignored by multiple servers including our own. Even though we were dressed up our server acted like we were poor. Stating we had to order food and not eat just the free salad and bread sticks. ... because we had no idea what we wanted and we were talking about what to order. "Nope we got all dressed up just to come and eat free salad and bread sticks and leave because we thought it was all you can eat buffet. " "Here's your sign" awful service

I suffer from MS and I had a stroke last year, I never go anywhere because Im embarrassed. I lost so much hair because of all the medicine. Olive Garden is my absolute favorite, and I was talked into going inside yesterday. My server NAKITA K. Was amazing! She was so sweet and helpful and made us feel special, like we were her only table. (We clearly was not) ? She even complimented me on my hair. Before I got sick I was a restaurant mgr. here in town, I know first hand how hard it is to fine someone that puts forth that little extra for the customer. You found her!

Everything was very delicious. All 3 of us had to take home a doggy bag because the portions a nice and large. Our waitress Esther was pregnant and was still a hard worker and a sweetheart.

Ran out of chicken Parmesan on a Sunday evening and stopped serving the tour of Italy as well. Our server was okay at best and we had to ask another server for water after waiting for 15 minutes and calling for our server. Food was good but heavily overpriced.
