After driving through and being pulled for our order it was then wrong. We went back through and we’re told to pull up again and we insisted we didn’t want to pull forward incase our order was wrong again, the red headed manger assured us the order would be correct and to pull forward. Reluctantly we pulled forward just for our order to be wrong again choosing to not deal with waiting again for what was supposed to be fast food due to the amount of attitude given by this manager we just decided to take the lose and save ourselves the argument she was yearning for
Never can get ice cream at this one, machine always down or cleaning machine. We go after softball games why clean machine at popular times.
What happened to customer care? I waited for over 10 minutes for a coke and mMcdouble, and so I asked what decides who pulls aside and waits,bc the people ahead of me clearly didn't have to pull over and I watched them order over 10 items, so instead of explaining and politely responding, she gets Lippy and loud with me. And I'm looked at crazy when I get loud and Lippsy back. I was taught that the customer is always to be treated with respect and care and clearly that concept has been lost.

This is a horrible McDonald's. We ordered a coffee shake and fries for curbside pickup and it took over 10 minutes. In fact I had to go into the store to get our order. When I said something about it to the manager she said there were others ahead of me so I told her that at least 2 cars that would have been behind me had already been served. Then she said they had to make the coffee. So I told her that it only takes 3 minutes to make. At which point she turned her back to me and said thank you and completely dismissed me without a sorry for the inconvenience or anything. I will never be back in the store again. There are lots of other places to eat and that's what these people forget. Your customer service is terrible
They're fish sandwiches are delicious! And I also like the new basket of fries!
A nice clean restaurant. The food and drinks were excellent. The staff was great. They provide fast and very friendly service
Sick and tired of going through there and having to be pulled to the side to wait for 10 minutes before food is brought out and its cold so no excuse to pull aside if the food wasnt fresh hot
