I've almost always had great service at Marco's. I have been ordering from this location for over 5 years. I moved about 9 months ago. Tonight I learned that they do not deliver to me and I am within a 5 mile radius of the store. This needs to fixed, I was told they do not deliver to my address. I think your food is great please fix this so I can order from you again. Loyal customer for 5 years and I've even ordered and picked food up within the past 9 months. For my first delivery within 5 miles you're telling me no? Really?! Shame on you Marcos.....shame.
I love Marcos so much, I chose to have them cater my wedding! The employees and who I’m assuming is the manager was SUPER nice and you can tell they really took their time to prepare. I ordered 240 wings and I believe 20 pizzas and they were definitely a guest favorite! I’m beyond impressed with not just the food, but the employees and customer service! So glad I chose them for my special day!
There's your large pepperoni with no pepperoni and not cut. You guys get worse and worse used to he good
There was one girl working doing everything, answering phones, making pizzas, boxing them and taking payments. I saw her personally patting out fresh dough with bare hands which was so appalling after taking my payment and answering a phone. Yuck!
Ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks for me my wife and grandchildren about 3am all 4 of us started getting sick so I called them to let them know and get a refund the manager was extremely rude and was laughing on the phone like it was a joke so I asked for corporates number to file a complaint she said we don't have a corporate office so I googled it and they do have a corporate office she lied and again was laughing at me on the phone tomorrow morning I will be in contact with corporate and the BBB FIRST THING IN THE MORNING!!! 1/2/2022
Been trying to order online for 3 hours, nobody answers the phone when you call in! Very upset this has happened a few times recently. Usually good if I could ever order!
