My wife and I had the best experience tonight at this longhorn! We are big fans of longhorn already but our server, I believe her name was Misty, just made our overall experience that much better! She had a lot of tables, but she made sure we were taken care of. Our appetizers, and main dishes were spaced appropriately, checked on us for refills on our drinks at just the right time and was super friendly! We look forward to coming back soon!
Waited approximately 45 minutes from time I walked in door until I got my food. Ordered a blue rare steak, received a medium well steak. Took 1 bite because I was hungry to see if I could eat it and promptly got up and left. If you can't get a steak right you have no right to call yourself a steakhouse.
Great experience ? My son took me and my mother there for bday dinner. The food was great and our server Derek was amazing! We were taken good care of and I would highly recommend
The handful of times my spouse and I have visited, we have come at peak hours. It was a hit every time! Despite it being very busy, we needn't wait very long. I'm a fan of the cool, dark environment. I think the booths there are high as well, an added bonus. Great food. I know they've got a bar, too, which is full service. We've sat up there before. The service was great anywhere in the restaurant and the steak is awesome. Always cooked just the way we ask.
Our waitress was new and we went into it expecting sub past service. She was overwhelmed and was offered no help from management who was just standing around joking. We waited 45 minutes on drinks. The food however was delicious. I cant understate how amazingly good the parmesean crusted chicken was
My husband and I celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary at Longhorn today. Our experience was wonderful thanks to our great server who anticipated our every need. We both had ribeyes and, they were cooked perfectly. Our salads were fresh and plentiful, the bread steaming hot and the baked potatoes were awesome! To top it off, once the manager learned that we were celebrating our anniversary, he comped us an amazing dessert. You simply cannot ask for a better experience. Thanks Longhorn!
This was one of my best experiences at a steakhouse of any type ever. I really would like to thank the entire staff (as short as they were) we were promptly served and didn't have to wait at all. AWESOME JOB LONGHORN
Went there last week with friends. We waited an hour before our food was even served. We ordered 3 steaks. 2 of them were burned and waaaaaay too salty. The other steak was raw in the center. Literally raw, he ordered medium rare, it was still cool inside the center meat. I ordered brussel sprouts as well and they were all burnt, carmely and really salty. They looked like they had been sitting out a week, shriveled up and everything and all aged looking. I've cooked them before and know what they are supposed to look like. Everything else wasn't all that bad, but this isn't the first time this has happened. Usually always something wrong.
They did a good enough job. We did curbside and they smashed the box with my salmon in it and almost forgot our drinks. Aside from that it was okay.
I love it the food was good ? but I'm not giveing it a 5 star because I ordered a well done and they cooked me a medium rare but it was good
