The past 6 times we've gone they don't have enough Extra Crispy to fill a bucket. It's 5:45 p.m..... MAKE SOME!!!!!! The first couple times we thought oh well, they must be busy but this is ridiculous. We ended up with a $35.99 chicken strip bucket. I'm done. Hurry up Popeyes!!!!
Every single time I’ve ordered from them , I’ve never gotten my whole order from them. I use to love ordering from them but I will no longer be ordering their food . The managers hang up on you after giving you the response “ well that happens “ . My thoughts on it if you hate your job that much to say that to a customer and then hang up on them then you should quit or you should be fired!!!!
Extra crispy chicken was burnt.Did not get my roll or cookie.Did not get a receipt.
My husband went to the drive-thru tonightHe ordered himself a chicken bowl and ordered me the Nashville chicken strips EXTRA PICKLE and a side of ranch. His mistake for not checking the bag before leaving because I had NO PICKELS. We live 5 min away so I called as soon as he got home and asked if he could come back thru and get some PICKELS. The girl on the phone took down our name (Coonrod) and she wasn't friendly at all when taking to her. When he went right back to get the PICKELS he asked for another side of RANCH she got really rude and said she gave me a ranch already (on the first order)and would have to charge him now. REALLY? Was I asking for to much? I am a local restaurant mgr. and would not tolerate my employees speaking this way to the customers. I 100% understand being under staffed but he was litterly the only person there BOTH times.
Had to wait 10 minutes for chicken strips but was good and fresh!
Terrible service every time I go there. Incredibly rude service... rude manager. Often get my order wrong. I remind them at window for my sauce and somehow they still forget it and when I go back to ask for my sauce, they are SO rude and throw it in the bag like it is somehow MY fault that they forgot. They often stop making things hours before closing!!! If you have two hours left open then you shouldn't be throwing out your sweet tea and it damn sure doesn't take an HOUR to make chicken. Worst restaurants in chlicothe.If it wasn't the only chicken place besides canes... they'd be shut down.
The worst kFC I've ever been to. I'm a retired marine corps Sgt. Food was okay but the smallest peices of chicken I ever had. For the price, ill never go there again and wouldn't recommend any one to go there.
Definitely has went down hill. One of the only KFCs around and lobby is closed but you can go in to order.... Yep, makes sense. The drive thru is terrible. They have a prerecorded message that plays and Noone responds other then to shout a total. Order is always messed up and never can get honey or sauce even if you ask for it multiple times.
This is the worse KFC I have ever been to. Got a leg and thigh box. The chicken tasted weird and it was so greasy. I didn't even finish it. Now my stomach feels nasty.
Hands down the worst service and food you could ever eat in Chillicothe, Ross county.Been there five times in the last 3 months and every time my order is cold overcooked or old chicken and never the correct amount of chicken per KFC's specifications.To answer everyone's question why I went there four more times in 3 months and still not happy because. I understand that the American people don't give a s*** about service, quality or productivity anymore and that finding help is hard to find, if you can find someone to work,show up and not be a crack head. So good luck with that in the upcoming years so I thought I'd just give it one more try one more try one more try, I'm done trying. Never going back again.
