Never have I ever...I wish--like just one time, maybe once would be enough--I could try the sub I order.Never--not even once--has my order been correct with a history of a couple dozen attempts.Love the preciseness of the app; not happy about their ability to follow it. Nice, friendly people and fast service. Just know you'll never get what you order. ?I'll keep trying. I'll keep hoping. Maybe one day??
Usually JJ's is a good lunch option for me, and usually everything is correct. However, delivery has always been at least 30+ minutes any time I have ordered online. Today the delivery actually took 45 minutes until I received my food. I ordered a "Beach Club" which has turkey, avocado spread, provolone cheese, lettuce & mayo on it. However, the sandwich I received today had NO turkey, and NO avocado spread on it. My lunch today was literally bread, lettuce, cheese, mayo. ?♀️?♀️?♀️
This store does NOT DELIVER if you over 3 miles. I have been eating here for about 7 years. One of the local veterans clubs American Legion 757 delivers here (Freedom's Path) and they are 8 miles away, they have a 10 mile delivery area!!! I do not think I will be eating here again anytime soon. I am very disgusted with the delivery area. In lieu of Jimmy Johns.....since they do not deliver, I ordered Mister Sub. Which is FURTHER down main street, so if they deliver.....why doesn't Jimmy John's? Honestly Mister Sub is better, all the locals know this. I just really wanted a beach club ? from Jimmy Johns

Great customer service!! Apparently the Chillicothe store ran out of bread tonight. I received a call from the manager letting me know and that unfortunately my delivery would be delayed 20-30 minutes. He asked if I would like another type of bread or wait on the sub bread that was in the oven. We opted to wait. Received another call once my subs were delivered from the same manager apologizing it was more like 40 minutes for delivery. I explained I understood and he said he appreciated it, but it was unacceptable. We were given a credit for our entire meal! Great customer service goes a long way!! We will be repeat customers.
Love this place! Sandwiches are crammed full of meat with plenty of veggies!! Service is quick!! Staff I'd friendly and efficient!!
