Awesome food, delivery driver went above and beyond, and everyone was really friendly. Hooks is the best, as always!

After meeting the owner and leaning how RUDE mrs.Hooks is I'll never order from her. She thinks she is so much better than everyone around her. This is not opinion this is words from her mouth.
Loved this spot. Tried based on buckeye archery recommendation. Just got a cheese pizza for on the way home so we could see if we liked its base ingredients. Crust has a good crunch, tomato sauce toe tasted like fresh tomatoes with I loved and cheese had great flavor. We will be going back to try other styles.
It was delicious! The do was good the sauce tasted great the amount of toppings was excellent I could not have been happier. And a little guy inside was just as happy and polite as could be
I've seen a few bad reviews and they had a problem with delivery taking so long...I am a Doordash driver and I went to Hook's pizza a couple days ago and my customers order was jus started when I got there he got a hot fresh pizza and it took me 5 mins to get it to him..I don't think they start the Doordash order until a driver accepts the order I could be wrong though...nighttime is a lot busier for Doordash drivers so I don't know if Doordash drivers is the reason it's taking so long or not...I just wanted to try to help people with the long delivery times and people can still get delicious pizza from a family owned local pizza shop

Food is great, we live about 15 minutes from the store. We understand that it takes a while for delivery. Tonight, I called before I ordered to make sure they were able to deliver to our area. There have been times before where they couldn't. They told me no problem. It ended up taking close to 2 hours and they forgot half our order. I called to get a credit for the pizza they didn't send. The manager was nasty to me. Said she would allow me to get a credit on my next order. I was trying to say I did not know if I would order again due to this experience and asked to refund my card the cost of the one pizza. She was rude and told me that they were busy and only had one driver and we live too far away. I was explaining that is why I called ahead when she hung up on me. They did end up refunding me the entire order. I was willing to pay for the part we received. A "so sorry, we will credit your account " was all I wanted. Will definitely not be ordering again,it's not worth the aggravation. Too bad too...their pizza is awesome.
