Today another FCE (First Capital Enterprises)staff member Joan and myself brought a group of our individuals in to Highland’s Ice Creamery for an afternoon treat. There was one employee working and he did an amazing job taking care of the eight of us!!! Andrew Fowler you did an awesome job today!!!!! Thank you so much!!! We will definitely be visiting again soon!!!
First time EVER trying! I went with the s’more ice cream in a waffle cone… 10/10 RECOMMEND! I will definitely be back! Awesome service too.

The ice cream and milkshakes here are fabulous! A great selection. A family-oriented vibe. Absolutely adorable in my opinion. I would recommend this place to anyone with a sweet tooth. I will be sure to return with my family and those who visit me from out of town to show them this example of our cute, homey, welcoming Chillicothe! :)
Ice cream is great. People there are amazing. They treated my grandkids like they were one of their own.
Our family tried this establishment for the first time this evening and were pleasantly surprised by every aspect of it. Samples were readily available to find the correct flavors for us, prices were very reasonable, and the owners were the proverbial cherry on top. This will become a regular stop for us and can't wait to go back!
