Ordered sub, cheesy bread and 2 pepperoni pizzas. The 2nd pizza was mushrooms not pepperoni. I was told to bring it back and they would make good on it. I am not a liar and don’like be treated like one.
It used to be very good. But this evening it wasn't. First pizza was not cooked at all. It was raw dough. So they made us a new one, and it was cooked a little bit better. But still very doughy. Used to be my favorite place to get pizza. But the past few times we have tried to get something from there, it's been pretty bad.
We came here for dinner on a Sunday night. It was one of the few places open that had dine-in. The pizza was good and at a good price. They also serve beer. The waitress wasn't very friendly, but she was efficient.
Today placed an order went ti get and salad was missing called & got very rude response. Then told salad was there. Stated would drive back to get it & it still wasnt there when returnedToday wasnt a good dayNormally our experience is greatNot today
Great place, good food 4 stars most of the time.I had purchased a meatlovers pizza,crust was little under cooked not alot to complain about...Wickson Hotshot LLc. LTL and partial freight mover any where in the lower 48.
Food was great and our waiter was amazing but the kitchen didn't complete our order so we had to wait for ours while half of our party was done eating.
Everything was awesome. The waitress was the best. Even gave my grandchildren books and coloring books . Love Giovanni's!!!!
The quality of this pizza place was day and night from other locations I've been to around Columbus and Cleveland areas. Definitely do not expect your pizza to look like it does on the Giovanni's website! I ordered their Tuesday special, two 12 inch BBQ chicken pizzas for $20 and absolutely regret spending this much for the quality I paid. Both of my pizzas had flat crust with cheese that was on a burned side. Each whole pizza had little to no BBQ and only 9 pieces of chicken which is about 1 peace of chicken per slice, which is pathetic. Lastly, the onions were buried deep under and thus didn't cook all the way, so they were super wet and too crunchy, yum right? NOOOOT! Customer service was good though haha.

Always a delight! I absolutely love their food! The staff is so polite. The subs are soft and crispy. The pizza is piled high with toppings! I am never disappointed. Definitely one of the things I miss from my hometown.
