Waitres rude won't do anything no paper towels spoons forks won't be back at all this is very pour service. Was not offered any refills.all other tables got great service. Even the food was messed up wasn't what we ordered. I will never come back something needs done with this waitres.that was totally uncalled for ?.I've never in my life had bad service like that .everyone else's was nice there but that girl.so rude she walked over said here's ur bill an just walked off didn't ask if we needed anything at all.

Walked in on Friday at 1pm. Waited to order a carry out about 3 minutes (people ahead of me). Food took about 2 minutes! I haven’t eaten here for years but I will now!! Thank you!The manager was helping in the kitchen. Still took time to say hi to me. Servers were all nice and smiling.

Been waiting to try this brand ever since I saw it on American pickers. Burgers were reasonably priced. More like a diner with the breakfast menu. Food took 20mins to make it to the table. Maybe this is normal? Was expecting it to be fast food with the drive thru. Now to the food. It was a race for the least underwhelming food. Fortunately the generic fries won out over the lack luster burger (spicy big boy) truth be told, gas station burgers are better. The potatoes and gravy must of been running out, as I got a few dried out chunks. Out of the 4 meals we ordered. We had 4 pieces of hair. 3 different kinds. Made a game of matching the hair to the employee. Gave 1 star or the big boy mascot outside.

Horrible food. Fries were cold and the place was filled up with smoke where they had burnt some kind of food while cooking and for the price you paid for their food you think it'd be better I just got one good thing to say about it the cashier was very nice

The buffet was ok, The biscuits were a bit stale and dryAnd the eggs were thin and looked like they sat out for a while.Besides that everything else was fine

Great waitress and excellent farmer’s omelette breakfast!

This restaurant is clean and staff really great. They are very safety aware and we were glad they are not a fearful bunch and was more concerned about putting out wonderful food.

My wife and I were seated, and that was it. We sat for 15 minutes and nothing. No waiter asked us anything or even talked to us. So, we just left and went to the Hana Japanese Steakhouse and were treated fantastically.

Friendly service was able to get seated right away. Breakfast bar food quality was mediocre relative to the cost of the breakfast and coffee.

Good food, service was great. Just felt a little rushed by the waitress
