Just want to say Chillicothe Donatos is the absolute worst. I eat pizza a lot. The fact the past 2 times I’ve ordered it been over an hour wait! I place my order at 6:30 pm it is now 8:00pm. I ordered 2 pizzas one of those was supposed to go with my husband to work. But he left with out his dinner. Thanks. btw I called and canceled my order. Horrible horrible Service. NEVER AGAIN!

Pizza was soggy and pineapple tasted odd. There were a lot of mushrooms, which was nice. The pizza seemed a little under baked.
Ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom at about 1pm for delivery. I called several times to check on said pizza when it didn't arrive at it's scheduled time, upon calling for the final time I was told they didn't have that order.
Ordered online, delivery subcontracted to Doordash, and an hour and a half later, my order is cancelled by Doordash. I called the store so they could process my refund and was immediately placed on hold for 25 minutes. No thanks. I’ll just wait a few days and dispute the charge. I usually don’t post bad reviews publicly but as I don’t have a receipt I cannot take a survey.Edit: drove to the location and they remade my order fresh. Thank you
I was told my pizza would be ready 45 mintues the driver was 30 minutes late and because i asked if she was drinking because I smelt alcohol she got belligerent and snatched the receipt out of my hand and refused to leave my pizza and the Mamager at the store was rude to me and hung up the phone. But before she hung up she said I couldn't order there anymore. What a joke!!
The ONLY reason for the 4 stars is because of their delivery times....I totally understand things happen as far as being short staffed but when talking to a live person instead of online ordering at least give a heads up about delivery times......other than that, the food at this particular Donatos is a 5 star!!!
Ordered 2 salads at 11:30, Pick-up time was scheduled for 12:00. When I arrived at 12:00 I waited until 12:25 or longer until I received my order, 1/2 of my 1 hour lunch was over. By the time I got to my office when I opened the bag to eat there was no fork or napkin. Once I started to eat the salad the lettuce had been noticeably frozen and was now wilted and soggy. The sad thing is I order sometimes twice a week and this will be the last.
food was to be ready at 6:41 which is 1 hour since placing the order. food was not ready till 7:21, good thing because i was just off the street and it took me 35 minutes to get to the window. if you can not run a business shut it down.
All our pizza places around all have there own unique taste so your get tired of same place
