Waited a long time for food and didn't receive the correct foood
They have raised there prices,thats not good cause when your on a fix income only SS its stuff to go and eatout anymore.
this place got the best sundaes ever, also got some good fries n pretzels but it closes at 8 so
Double cheeseburger onion ring and choc shake 14$. All cold what a waste of money and time.
So, I purchased a Reese's Extreme blizzard today on High [email protected]:40pm MacKenzie was working the window. The SECOND BITE their was a foreign object DANGLING FROM MY SPOON! I returned the blizzard back to Diary Queen,and I'm assuming the elder lady was the Manager/Supervisor. I handed her the obect on a napkin,WITH HER BARE HANDS (no gloves)she fondled the object and she says"Well it doesnt look like anything from here!" NO APOLOGIES, NO SORRY FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE....NOTHING! I got a replacement....My husband also bought a blizzard, after his 10th bite HE FOUND THE SAAAAAME object in his blizzard! WE ARE DONE WITH THIS NASTY PLACE!Side note: After the elder lady replied to my complaint , I felt like she was insinuating that I placed the object in it. You should never make your customers feel like they are at fault!! Poor customer service
Do Not get chili sauce on your hot dog. It's nasty and it cost extra even though the menu says chili dog.
I got a vanilla shake & he got a strawberry shake.

This place has really went downhill, it used to be the best place in town for ice cream. In the last 4 visits we've made the ice cream machine has been down for 3 of them. How is the ice cream machine broken that many times at an ice cream store? Also, the last time we went the front window was closed and they told us to walk through the drive through. It is a mess now.Update:we went back to give it another try and they had the lights off more than an hour before it said they were supposed to be closed.
