The food is excellent! When I called, I wasn't even sure what to get, other than pizza. The guy made a few suggestions, depending on the number of people. I appreciated that!
Me and my ole man went here today and used a promo to get a free medium one topping pizza. Wasn't ready when it said it was and was giving a cold pizza. .....
As I travel all over the United States I ran into this small pizza shop people are so friendly there and let me say got a chicken bacon ranch sub was so delicious definitely recommend this place gonna stop back in get another sub before I leave thank you guys so much!!!
I used to love Cristy's pizza but after two bad experiences in one day, I am not sure I will be back. They must have some new cooks because the quality of the food should not have passed quality review.
Had a coupon for $5 of $15 or more and was in the area. Ordered online and picked up at the drive-up window. The calzone was delicious. Not as greasy as usual but I didn't eat it until I arrived home so maybe it had soaked in the crust some. My husband enjoyed his chicken, bacon and ranch sub.
First time ordering. Pulled up, paid and was asked to wait in the back because it wasn't done yet. OK. Waited a very long time. Went back to window and was informed a pizza had to be remade because it was dropped. Stuff happens. My worry was the other pizza getting cold while we waited. Was also upset no one told me what happened and I was just waiting with no idea. Manager took it off my bill. Pizza was delicious and both nice and hot. Will return!
Waited almost an hour for delivery. I’ve only had Christy’s one other time and remember it was fine. Figured I’d give it another try. Pizza arrived undercooked, toppings under the cheese. And almost 30$ including the drivers tip. For 2 items. I don’t blame the workers really, everyone makes mistakes. I’d bet it’s a case of overworked and underpaid. Hopefully leadership and owners get it together. The manager that gave me the refund was understanding and very nice.
So you call your “ Local “ Christys and some foreign language lady answers and has no idea what about the toppings or the the cost. I kept asking - is this Chillicothe? It’s like your were speaking with some outsourced answering service. Why can’t they just let it ring to the local store. It was bizarre. She spoke broken English and could not understand me requesting a hotPeeper. Finally I just said thank you and hung up. Very weird.

A first-time Orderer and water from Beaver, Ohio. I ordered cheese sticks, and my friend ordered a sub and a Cristy's Classic Pizza.\\nLet me tell you...the cheese sticks were very tasty and the sauce was different from what I've tasted before. My friend loved the Italian Sub and his pizza. (I tasted the pizza, too, but it had too many toppings for me). Next time, I want to try a Cristy's bacon pizza and a sub\\nKeep up the great cooking!\\nWill definitely be back for more!
