Always like eating here, the food was hot and fresh. Inside was super clean and the lemonade was very fresh.
Food was good temperatures, a little below average meat portions, but overall average food portions. Dining floor was a little dirty during rush hour and garbages were being emptied once full. Mens bathroom was quite well kept. Solid chipotle experience.
Noticed when the male.manager is there, he works.mornings/ day shift alot. The food is great, perfectly made. But went there on night shift one day and it just wasn't the same. Less portions and sloppily made. :) still love Chipotle tho! I understand we are all human, I appreciate your hard work
Quick friendly service. Fresh food with great quality. My favorite meal is the steak fajita bowl paired with corn salsa, brown sauce, pico, and sour cream. Dont forget the chips and guac!
A long line and short supply of both staff and toppings keeps this from being a 5 star Chipotle, but it was still tasty.
We arrived just before the dinner rush and the food bins were all pretty low. The staff seemed very intent on giving us less of everything than normal rather than replace the toppings and give us a full spoonful. Once the line started forming, it was very clear in the staff's body language they were no longer interested in giving us good service but more concerned with rushing through our order to get to the next customer. To make things worse, the guac tasted very different than what we expect at Chipotle. It was very bland and underwhelming. Disappointing. The rest of the food was fine. Worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle.
Not the best if times for workers in the food service industry. Supply chain issues, workers working issues, management treating employees with respect issues. Top it off with tax time and you get what I got. Food with flavor from a restaurant that was getting it's @$$ kicked. Employees willing and able but tired and worn thin. Condiments in the light side or non existent. Thanks for showing up. I will return.
Horrible service like it has been for long time it's a gamble on getting good service maybe couple times in a 6 month period .have to tell them 3 times what you want and still get it wrong ,and skimpy on servings half spoon fulls on rice, beans , chicken for prices going up atleast make servings worth it it's bs and line servers are not friendly at all act like they hate there job.wasnt thinking of doing a review but this keeps happening I'm surprised you're still in business. No stars but had to put one to post .
Price is high but it's good food I love it
When you order online they slop all of it together and don’t give you what you ask for. I get three 4 things in my bowl so I ask for extra rice so that it is a filling meal. And they give not even a full serving of the rice let alone extra. Also ask for extra sour cream and they only put it on one side and just a tiny bit. I love chipotle but it is ridiculous how much they charge for not ever giving you what you want.
