My most favorite fast food place since I was a kid
This is the second location of the franchise. It offers the same food and options as the larger restaurant on Bridge St.The only thing that hurts this remote location is it's orientation to Western Avenue. Other than that all is well.
As usual the food was great and the service was wonderful. Dinner time and the line at the drive through was out to western Ave. With such a long line I got through quickly.
People were friendly, but they totally messed up our order. And the size of the portion of food was ridiculous and expensive. Need cheaper prices and better food. Before we return

Just got back from Casa of Western Ave. We were the first ones through, though people lined up behind us as we waited. We got our food, and didn't want to run up their times, so we pulled out, and as we did we checked, and noticed our chicken quesadilla was missing. We got back in line, while waiting realizing, there was no spicy sauce on the burrito. We got our quesadilla and asked to have some of the specific spicy sauce that comes on the burrito. The young guy at the window said sure, BUT he'd ring us up for it, and the man making the food, said he'd just give it to us. I thought he was being nice. But turns out it wasn't the burrito sauce, it was the sauce that would've been free anyway. My bf used to work there and saw it when we got home, and knew it wasn't the one it was supposed to be.When it comes to Casa, there's no comparison, but we prefer the one on Bridge St. They have better customer service and the meat somehow tastes better. The fact that we went through twice and were missing an item, then we're going to be charged for another thing that was missing as well, just to still get the wrong one in the end, is a bit crazy to me. ?
Food was great I just didn't like the fact I got on YOUR website menu not a random google menu and did all the math on the food we were getting just so I knew what we were going to spend. $25 and some change is what it would've been mind you I add extra just to be safe. Ordered everything exactly how I wrote it down. We get done with the order they tell me $40.19. I like this place alot and still got the food. But just ridiculous they you can't have an updated means with the right prices. Almost double the price you have posted.. j
Best fast food Mexican ever. Very consistent. Friendly staff.
