Polite and fast despite giving them a big complicated order. The lady who took my order was extremely polite and double checked my order. Everything was correctly made and hot.
Took 30 minutes tonight to get my food.got to.window the manager is standing at the counter talking to other memebers. Finally got my food and fries were cold and sandwich wasn't even hott. Short staffed or.not if you are going tobe this slow why stay open?

Pretty busy, with a wait, but good service
This is the slowest restaurant on Chillicothe right now. On 3 separate occasions we have waited 45+ for 2 or less meals. Have called their support line twice. Hopefully this location improves. :(
Ordered online, got confirmation email, went to pick up the food but manager states they did not get the email. Gave confirmation number but manager had no way to confirm the order as the online order goes through a different company??. She stated she could not make my food even though my VISA was charged. Sent emails to customer service but no response. Finally called customer service 1-800 number and spoke to a real person who said my VISA would be refunded after 3 to 5 business days. Really had a terrible experience with this company. Immediately got online and sold all of my stock in WEN and put it into MCD.
