Called a week and a half in advance for a 15 people party. We waited for 45 minutes to finally get outrdrinks. We made the reservation and hour and a half before an event and they made us 20 minutes late. Best of all after waiting for and hour and 20 minutes for our food it was all cold and hard as rocks. So frustrating considering how much notice we gave them.
Was not busy, many clean tables but were still placed on a waiting list. 45 minutes while the 2 young hostesses goofed around with each other. Had to send my food back 3 times to get my steak cooked properly.
Worst service ever! Hostess was sitting in a garbage can when we walked .. then touched all the menus.. then had her finger in her nose . We waited almost 40 mins for our food . No one checked in us the entire visit..and I almost choked to death from bit having anything to drink . Don't know how they stay open...
We ordered baby ribs, only got one side with them. Theres no meat on the ribs at all. Told the waitress we wanted slaw, and she said she had to charge us for it. We expected that. We left still hungry, we was very disappointed ?. Won't go back.
Carry out process is dreadfully awful. Gave it 3 shots over the past 3 or 4 months. I end up waiting 20+ minutes AFTER the estimated pickup time....and it's never even remotely busy. The foods good when it's hot....but if you don't eat in...it's not going to be warm.
Frustrating IVR experience when trying to place a togo order on the phone. Their IVR order taking system is awful and inaccurate. I was told they had items in stock the first time I called and then was told 5 minutes later after calling back they're completely out of stock of everything I wanted to order. What a runaround and waste of time.
Service is ok, but they forget items and give the wrong drink. Chicken rly good but quesadillas have too much onion.
Food was good but not great. Our waiter was nice and did a good job keeping us informed about our food. It was very busy. There are better places to eat imo but I'll give it 4 stars for the service.
Waited 20 minutes and never got a hello, drink order or a glance in our direction. Staffing seems to be a big issue. We didn't make a scene, we just quietly walked out. The restaurants are struggling, be patient if you can and if not don't make a scene, quietly exit the restaurant.
Food was sizzling when it came out, everything was correct. Service was amazing. Wish we could give more stars.
