STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS STORE. Extremely expensive, and not worth it. We were the only customers in the store, but yet they made our orders WRONG. They do not speak English well, and they did not provide good customer service. I ASKED for a refund as our orders being made wrong several times over is an inconvenience. The owner never responded.

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in until the time I left. I had never been to a Which Wich before so I had no idea what to expect. The man behind the counter was kind and explained the menu options with me. He fielded all of my questions and wasn't annoyed that I was asking multiple questions. When ordering he asked what I would like and told the me the price differences between the choices. I ended up going for the full experience and added on a generous size chocolate chip cookie along with fries and a soda. I tried a new Mountain Dew flavor and he explained to me that it tasted better when mixed with Sierra Mist. I took his advice and gave it a try and it turned out great. I appreciated the suggestion. I was even offered to have my cookie warmed in the oven since I was eating in. The presentation of the sandwich was appealing and I greatly enjoyed the wich sauce. The bread was toasted and slightly crunchy and the peppers on the sandwich were discovered and not announced. I was asked how I enjoyed the meal and I believe this review says it all. I appreciate that the man behind the counter was cordial and sincere and invested in my experience. I would definitely eat here again and would recommend it to others.

Sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Everything was made to order and staff was friendly. Will definitely go back!

Got two regular size subs, the quality was good the place was clean and pretty unique atmosphere in my opinion. Price was alittle higher then I expected, but everything's getting more expensive. Definetly a worthwhile place to visit to try something new, I love the sauce they have for the fries

Dude I kid you not it was the worst, most undercooked sandwich meat it was like cold cuts thrown in a microwave to “warm up”. I got their cheesesteak variant and it was disrespectful to cheesesteaks everywhere. My tastebuds were disappointed to encounter this sorry excuse of a sandwich shop. Would not give any stars if possible but then I couldn’t right my review. Would not recommend!!!!

Our food was made to order so hot and fresh. The bread is amazing. Tasted great can't wait to go again.

The people here are very friendly. This was my first time to the chain and I asked what he would suggest and he gave me a few great options. I did ask for something not messy since o would be eating it my Corvette. Great food.

Good sandwiches. Bad experience. Only reason we went here to begin with was their exclusive Mountain Dew "Vibe." Which they were out of. Maybe they should take down the exclusive Mountain Dew Vibe advertisements plastered all of the inside and outside of the store until they get more. We ordered fries and didn't get them until literally 10 minutes after our sandwiches because someone ordered a large fries in front of us and their fryer "can only make so many fries at a time." We asked for ketchup, which they were also out of. Come to think of it, I'm beginning to understand why they are called "Which" Wich, because all they do is make excuses. Someone could easily walk to Costco and be back with ketchup in a matter of a few minutes, "but who would man the store" says the manager while there are no customers in line. We ordered Large Cheesesteak and it cost $12.50. Why so high? It was pretty good though, and so was the black bean avocado sandwich. Okay it was very good, damnit. Just kind of expensive, a bit too high. But they need to stop making excuses and have better customer service in the face of constructive criticism.

This used to be my favorite sandwich place but it went super downhill since the pandemic. They used to have 7-10 bags for each meat that you could select ingredients and customize your sandwich. Now they only have two bags. And they removed half the ingredients/options. The service wasn’t very good either. The girl at the end of the line was wearing AirPods and talking on the phone to someone. They also just didn’t put lettuce or tomato on my sandwich. Probably because the girl was distracted talking on the phone. It’s also 75 degrees outside and they had the heater on in there, we had to eat outside in our car because we were sweating. Really disappointed, the sandwich was still good even though I couldn’t make my regular since 3 of the ingredients aren’t offered anymore. And they forgot lettuce and tomato, two common sandwich items..

Good food, and the guy who runs it is always nice. Good customer service for such a busy place
