Strawberry salad was made with fried chicken instead of grilled chicken. Tried to get corrected. Zero response.
I ordered on the app and it said only drive thru was open. When I went through the drive thru the man gave me attitude because I was trying to get my mobile order through the drive thru.When finally getting my order they said they were out of potatoes and said I would be refunded then shut the window on me. I was never refunded for the food that I never received.This location also always takes extraordinarily long even if no one is in line
Went up to the drive thru speaker about 15 minutes before they closed (I had just gotten off work), the guy said their system had to reboot and it would be just a moment. About 16-17 minutes passed, the same guy came over the speaker and said that they were CLOSED. Another time I went through the drive thru, and they were CLOSED 2 and 1/2 HOURS EARLY!!???
WORST PLACE TO GET FOOD. THEY ARE ALWAYS CLOSED. DRIVE THRU ONLY. JUST FOR SMALL ORDERS. GOT TO WAit 1.5 hours. And sometimes come for DoorDash you wait at the line. You can’t go inside and find out they are out of order. Cancel door dash. I feel bad for the workers. Like you can find better places then work at Wendy’s. They are so unhygienic it’s crazy how people eat there food ???
Stop through the drive-thru for lunch about 12:30 Friday, wasn't busy at all, terrible! Burger was burnt, cheese was not melted and fries weren't crispy. Will not be back to this location. Wilmington Pike is way better. Definitely don't recommend!
We love Centerville but this Wendy’s location left a lot to be desired. The food was average. Not very friendly, just thrown together food, and the uncleanliness of this location made it difficult to consume this very costly fast food meal. Upon entering the doors and floors were filthy. It felt as though nothing had been cleaned in weeks. Which left us wondering what the kitchen was like. Wish I took video or photos. Unfortunately, we will not return.
We went there earlier this evening. Waited over a half hour for a food because they accidentally gave it to a drive thru customer. Probably going to avoid this location for awhile. They're a hot mess
We just got drive-thru on 3/25/22 and when we got home, 3 of our 5 sandwiches were wrong. Mine was terrible! We won’t go back to this location.
This Wendy’s is literally awful when it comes to their night crew.... the customer service is always poor at night and the food is literally cold and the sarcasm when you ask for things condiments or silver ware or whatever you need is absolutely ridiculous... I’ve never experienced a place where this happens MULTIPLE times.. if it were up to me i wouldn’t even give one star.. but i gave to to be able to post this review... I’m just over it i won’t be attending anymore ..
The website shows that they open at 6:30am. Several times I show up around 7:20am and there are cars in the parking lot, lights are on inside, but the drive through menu lights are off, yesterday's lunch/ dinner menu is still showing, and nobody acknowledges me through the intercom. I have ended up driving away without being able to order, but then don't have time to go anywhere else because I still need to make it to work on time. I know the time on the website isn't a mistake, because there have been times I have been able to order. I really don't like that I'm finding myself gambling whether or not I get breakfast when I wake up with that as my goal for my route to work.
