6:15 pm 7 /22. Went in no wait. Requested table since large people can not fit in the booths.( Yes we eat too) Host stated we don't have any tables! So I looked around and the entire area around the bar was empty. Host didn't offer any suggestion or wait time. We left and took our business elsewhere. Sorry we will never eat at your establishment.
I think it’s just poorly run..? The food and drinks are great. Unless you sit at the bar, there is a pretty long wait for drinks. We never got a check back from our server. I was prepared to spend money and have a good night out with my family, but she never came back to the table except to ask us if we wanted our check in a takeout box. I did not get to eat/touch my dinner, because I had no drink or even a water to wash it down. She missed an opportunity to sell more beverages and possibly dessert. Very disappointed. They used to be so great.
Food was fantastic. Atmosphere was spot not. We went on a Friday evening, just before the dinner rush. It got busy, but not too crowded, and the service was fun and friendly. All of our food came out perfectly and surprisingly fast. Manager Mark was especially helpful, on the floor helping his servers, as well as taking the time to joke with us when he passed by. Will definitely be going back
Food great. Long wait. Would be more relaxing if they had a pager system for those waiting for a table instead of a multi paper and pen checklist and hostess walking through bar area calling. smith? smith? smith? Easy to miss in a loud bar.
I purchased three fish and chip dinners @ $16.00 each, this is what I got. This pick happens to be the best looking out of the three dinners. I use to love this place. I'm saddened that a restaurant, will actually sell this and call it a dinner.
My group of 5 on March 17th had a bad experience at lunch. Since it was St Patrick’s Day I ordered the special of corn beef, garbage and potatoes. Others food came out after waiting about 45 mins. Orders were not complete. My order came out after waiting another 30 mins. Since everyone else had finished their meal the waitress ask if I wanted mine to go which I said yes. About that time the soup that was not delivered came out. One soup was cold the other tasted “funny” and was not eatable. Also during our wait the waitress never came by to let us know why the food was being delayed. I hope this is being read by the manager and she/he makes the necessary changes needed to correct these problems.
I have tried to keep going here, but this is the last time. The Hostess is always rude and lied to us this time. Had a party of 10. Told us 45 min wait. Asked if we could split 6 and 4, was told it was against policy. After to speaking to the Manager, it is not. Horrible service. Will not return!!!
Great, friendly staff. Lots of choices to please anyones tastes. Delicious food. My favorite is their Prime Rib/French dip and tater tots. My boyfriend loves their all you can eat fish and chips. Service is great and fast Prices are reasonable for the quality and amount of food you get.
Went there for dinner and told we had a wait as they were understaffed. No problem and we waited but they had no clue as to time so we opted for the bar. Totally ignored for 15 minutes by bartender who was chatting with friends and other bartender checking her phone. He took other orders from bar patrons and still ignored us. A couple came in about 10 minutes later and sat down that he apparently knew and they got water and service immediately! He still ignored us and we left. I did feel sorry for the poor hostess who just seemed harried. This was one of our favorite places and where I also have taken my team from work. Not returning again.
