If I could give zero stars I would.The drive thru line is wrapped around the building the lobby is closed and we have been in line for over 30 min. We deliver for UberEats and this is for a delivery I have now called the store 12 times to attempt to pick up at the door for the customer and it rings 20times each time before I get a disconnected tone. I will be reporting this to corporate.
I was actually at McDonalds at the time, but I overheard a car in the drivethru being rude and an absolute terrible human. The drivethru worker finally yelled, “Have a great day and come back when you get some manners.” This response was literally was perfect and made my night. I’m sick of being around patrons that are horrible people — glad to finally hear fast food workers standing up for themselves. You rock, my Taco Bell Worker. You deserve a raise and 4 weeks of paid vacation for dealing with that person.
They only staff like two people at night so the line takes more than 40 minutes just to order when there are only 4 cars…
Ordered two hard to soft and two cheese Gordita crunches. Drove home 10mins to eat my food. Consumed one cheesy Gordita and a hard taco and 25 minutes later I a was Profusely vomiting and continued that way for 20 minutes. After the food was up i felt 70 percent better but still nauseous and sweaty and some stomach cramps and Diarrhea
Filling was in wrapper not my taco, Pepsi was only filled 3/4 the way n we paid $1.20 for sour cream we didn't get ?
Long lines during peak times. Otherwise nice and nice area and surroundings.
Talk about lazy employees. Just quit and go home, no effort in your work . Horrible dry crusty beans and little to no meat on nacho bellgrande.
For a Taco Bell, I’d say that this location rocks, and their service has improved over the past 2 years. I order via the app and then I pick it up in the drive thru; it’s typically fast (less than 5 min wait total) and hot. The workers are chill, friendly, and almost always give me the correct order. However, they didn’t always seal the bags for Doordash orders.
