He told they didn't honor the Subway coupons in the paper and haven't been back.
I would give negative stars if I could. I walked in with 7 people in front of me, and waited about 30-40 mins until the lady working got to me. She never once washed her hands or changed her gloves the whole time. I had to ask her to change her gloves before she started making my sub. No sense of urgency. People behind me walked out because the service was lacking and slow. No apologies made for the wait. The bread is stale and is hard to chew off a bite from my sub. The turkey tastes funky. The lady working could literally only do one sub at a time, which I understand if you’re new. But since she was the only one working, I’d assume she wasn’t. Just all around horrible experience. I’ve never left a review before, but felt I needed to with this place. Just absolutely horrible. Do better. If you’re going to be lacking in urgency, at least have the customer service to say sorry for your wait. The other people and myself waiting couldn't even get that.
the man working the line was highly unprofessional, and copped an attitude with my friend. she kindly requested he cook her meat when he didn’t cook it separately from her toasted bread, and he got sassy. it was a dirty environment and he kept checking his phone. do better guys

Just walked in 18 minutes after they opened up. Immediately I'm told by the worker that they just opened up and it's going to be a while! Being confused as to how they literally opened 20 minutes ago I asked what does that mean? How long until I can order? I was told it would be about 20 minutes... Like really??? What type of place opens up to the public but makes the public wait 40 minutes after opening until they actually provide them their services...
Went in to get a steak sub but saw the pile of meat the server was preparing and it looked bad. Destroyed my appetite and will never get one again. Brown cut up beef pieces.
Honestly I would leave zero stars. Please report this place to health department and do not eat at this place. The worst of all times. It’s very unhygienic and dirty inside. They just change the dates and don’t discard the stuff. Flamablekitty review is real. Please just look at those pictures. They use the same gloves for everything. They save the same used gloves for other orders too. CHEAP.
