My order has never been made correctly at this location. Not once. Been going for years.

The older gentleman that works here is extremely friendly, I remember when he worked in the wine department he has such a pleasant attitude. He’s a great asset to this company. When I see he’s working I know my order will taste right
The dark haired lady was so rude , she acted like it was an inconvenience waiting on me .I will never go back to this location

Good coffee
The person making our coffee was very friendly and smiling. The girl taking our order was extremely rude... very curt and angry. she also did not want to help me figure out how to get a venti drink in a bigger cup because they were out of cups. The other person told me it was because the other stores had been closing. Not my fault.11/3/20 extremely rude, didn't Mark our coffees... didn't even mix them. all the flavor was in the bottom. Worse customer service ever
