Horrible experience. Sat at the order station outside while six cars in the other lane gave orders and drove through. I was trapped. No greeting. And when I finally got someone to respond he said “I’m busy doing something right now”. Another car goes through in the other lane. He finally comes on and I give him my code ($2 off latte) and my order. Wait again ….. he comes back on and asks me to repeat my order! I repeat it. He then quotes me the full price. When I reminded him I had given him a code - long pause. “Your code says invalid”. I told him it wasn’t. Tried refreshing it and it said “You’ve already used that code”. He tells me to go to the window and speak to his manager. What a nightmare. She proceeds to do everything BUT apologize. “He was busy”. “You waited too long and the code expired”. )No YOUR employee waited too long) Etc. etc. etc. I finally insisted she give me the $2 discount since it was their fault and she did - but admonished me for complaining and shut the window. Great customer service.

I work right next door to this McDonald's and honestly this is the best McDonald's I have ever been to. I am 52 years old and out of every McDonald's I've been in, this by far was the cleanest best customer service, best food, all around BEST LOCATION, I've been all over the East Coast and lived in many different states, this location is absolutely five stars*****THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

Clean but zero customer service... I just stood there girl at the register, didn't even look at me then walked away... So one star for service... 2 total because my food was hot and right.

Don’t ever go to this store expecting to have your order fast. Been waiting in the drive thru for 18 minutes and still haven’t gotten my order. What’s the point of being called FAST FOOD when the food comes as fast as a normal restaurant… don’t waste your money..

The staff was hard-headed, very lazy and had attitude problems. The manager was the only reason why our food got fix properly. Very disappointing!

This store has drive thru management issues. I have now driven off 3 times in the morning before I ordered due to the drive thru. One lane moves fast while the other sits while 4 and 5 cars in the other lane get to order and go. I'm done with this McDonalds, their food was fair at best anyway. Chik-Fila down the road had fast and friendly service.

Wish I could do zero stars. Worse McDonald's ever.Didn't receive receipt nor one of my sandwiches, store phone disconnected. I had called four times before returning back to the store to ask for my sandwich that I didn't receive.Drive thru crew member said that I needed my receipt for them to do anything, which I was literally just there 10 mins ago. First first window crew member recognized me and said to just give me my sandwich I didn't get but they continue to treat me like I was stupid.No manager came to the window to talk to me. A crew member came out with the wrong sandwich and argued that what I order was the wrong way and then went back inside then another lady with the right sandwich came out and then said I had to pay again for my food that wasn't given to me that I already paid for again.Worse service that I have ever received anywhere in my life. I will never be back to this location. I was disrespected over and over and made to feel like I did something wrong.Not once did the manager come to speak to me during this whole situation. Two employees basically tried to make me feel stupid and wrong instead of just doing the right thing.My husband had to drive all the way up to the store to help deal help me with this situation and be loud with them for them to do what they should've done in the first place.Worse place ever! Highly do not recommend going here.

It's a McDonald's again. You get what you get. Happy Meals for the kids and Sad Meals for the adults. The ice cream machine is always broken.

Ordered a large fry, got a medium that looked like it had been sitting for 20 min (former employee of mcds, not this location... hold time on fries is 7 min) also ordered 2 mcdoubles, both no onion one add mayo. The mayo sandwich only had one patty. Lol mistakes happen.. went to call to get the sandwich fixed.. lines busy and then they answered and hung up. Prolly technical issues... at least I hope so. I'll prolly try again cuz it's mcds and it's cheap and usually quick lol

Food is regularly misprepared, or poorly made. The worst of their problems is the evening manager that worked 1/4/2022. you have a customer who already paid for food, and can show you their receipt, but you refuse to give them the food they paid for, and demand they pay you again, before slamming the window in their face. That's poor management and if the problems exist there, no wonder the prep quality at this location is spotty at best.
