Store #18. Very poor place to visit. I tried to use the computer, but it wouldn't let me modify the sandwich (no cheese). Only one register was opened with a very long line. People before me claimed that they had been waiting 15-20 minutes for their order. Upon receiving my order, I went out to my car where my wife informed me that that's been her experience when she's stopped there after work. All in all I recommend going elsewhere for a big Mac. Maybe the King would be faster!
Just left after waiting 10min and no service for one item. Two people in the lobby were ahead of me. One gentleman had been there for 15+ minutes, and the other was there for just as long or longer. All three of us had already paid. After waiting for my 10min, I told the folks behind the counter not to bother with my order because I was leaving. No refund was offered.Despite that McDonald's being amazingly convenient for me, I will not be returning and will go out of my way to go to other establishments. It seems the only time things get accomplished is in the morning, and early afternoon.
I normally like tacos on Tuesday. But it's Wednesday and I had the munchies and left the bath tub running when I ran out to get dog good for my baby elephant. So I ran thru the drive thru, got a quarter pounder. It was amazing, so amazing I forgot about the left over white castles I had in the glove box from last week. I mean I ate it after wards anyways but suprisingly when I farted the first time after eating it was definitely the quarter pounder I smelt 1st. So worth it.
They took 4 orders on the outside lane. Completely ignored that we were sitting there the whole time. Took forever. Had to pull up to the window to even have someone take our order. Then they made us pull forward. Then the lady who handed us our food continued to go on about how she is doing everything. And when I said I have a good day she said I won’t and slammed the window shut.
This was my first time at this McDonald's and for a visit when there wasn't a line in the drive thru for lunch, both employees were not very friendly. Almost rude. Not sure if I'll stop there again if I'm in the area. Three stars because the food was fine.
Can't be bothered to get your order correct. Or refund. Staying away from Keowee location.
Why is it so hard to give out fresh food? Every. Single. Time. I get old cold dried out food from the night shift crew. Come on y'all you got the higher wage but have zero work ethic. Have some pride in your work. Always disappointing at this location.
Usually this drive Thru is quick. Tonight the B team is stuck working NYE and it took 25 minutes with very few cars. My kid seemed happy meal but I tasted a nugget and it was fairly unfresh. I got a quarter pounder with cheese. Got some reason they slathered it in Mayo. Also it was cold and the burger seems old. I’m afraid to even bother eating it.
Tyler makes THE best ice cream here! I hate paying for extra topping & not getting it but he loaded it up! New owner is doing a great job hiring friendly & personable staff!!
Great Customer Service! The lady that took my order was so cool! Incredible Voice!I think she may have been the owner, but if not, she has a excellent voice for commercials or voice overs!!
