Our waitress was pretty good at her job. Only thing when we ordered Pan pizza she should of said that they was getting complaints about the crust from the customers. I just want to let you know this. Now the PRICE was RIDICULOUS!!!We could of ate TWICE at Texas Roadhouse and enjoyed it a lot more.We left one pizza behind. It wasn’t good and wish they would of given us a credit for it. The waitress knew we didn’t like the pizzaWE WONT BE BACK!!
We ordered the Family Antipasto Salad. When it arrived, we found that it Didn't have any of the meats on it, None, or any Provolone Cheese or Banana PeppersWe asked the server about it. She said she would check. Wait, wait, wait! Server came back and told us they didn't have any of the meats. We said we would still like to have the Banana Peppers and Provolone Cheese. She said she would get some for us. Wait, wait, wait! She came by. Asked her Again for the Peppers and Cheese. Wait, wait! She did bring some peppers and Two slices of cheese. Very disappointed!La Rosa's WAS our favorite place to go to to get an Antipasto Salad. From now on we will not only call to see if they have Dine-in, but also confirm they have all of the ingredients for the salad.
The food hadn't changed much over the years, which is good, if you have your favorites.I had the cheese ravioli ,a salad and breadsticks came with it.It was good but not the best I've had.The waiter messed up our salads and dressing with another table. The biggest problem was temperature it the place ,it was to cold for comfort as they say. We and the table next to us both told the waiter about it,he said he'd go turn it up,but not sure he did.I'm glad I brought a sweater, just for situations like this. All in all it was an OK meal for a quick weeknight dinner.
Went to Spaghetti -a- Plenty for the first time. Spaghetti was excellent my wife and I both agree on this. We appreciated the garlic bread and salad that was included with this deal as well. Had a wonderful dinner. Here is where they lose a star really should be two. Our server Timothy F. who by the way was also a excellent server brought our check. He had told us meat sauce was a extra .70 cents my wife and I both chose to get the meat sauce. When we get the check it said $3.98 for meat sauce. No big deal we showed it to Timothy and he went back to have it corrected. When Timothy comes back the manager comes with him to inform (more of a lecture) us that meat sauce is now $1.99 but that he had made the adjustment since Timothy made the mistake. Just a real overkill for a issue the server was correcting. When Timothy came back he could have simply say "Hey guys got that taken care of for you. My mistake though. Meat sauce is a $1.99 now". Where the manager thought he needed to come out to the dining room speaking loudly and pretty much making it seem we wanted something for nothing was embarrassing. So not real happy with the experience with that part of it. Again food was delicious, service was great....manager needs a little more training with customer service.
First of all, the place is very clean, well kept, and employs polite and friendly staff. That said, the food is quite bland and to be honest, not very good. We had a traditional crust pepperoni and mushroom pizza. The crust tasted like what you'd try to make at home... and messed up (not crispy, doughy, etc). Pepperoni was bland, sauce was too sweet. Mushrooms were spongy and didn't appear to be fully cooked. The cheese was not stringy at all, almost like perhaps they used a low fat variety. All in all, the pizza was more like what you'd get at a place where the food was secondary, like maybe an amusement park, football game, etc.
The last one standing in the Dayton area. Awesome customer service, quick, efficient and the food taste great. Best pizza chain restaurant around! I drive 35 mins and it's always well worth it!
We placed a large order for our high school swim team banquet (100 people—pasta, salad, breadsticks, and cookies) Ordering was easy, we were able to change our order as needed the day before, and everything was excellent! Packaged carefully, friendly service, good communication, everything was ready right on time, and food was great! If you are catering a large event, I highly recommend LaRosas.
I've always enjoy eating here. I also recently ordered a big order from their catering menu but unfortunately had several last minute cancelations and they allowed me to cut my order in half two hours before my party with no extra charge. All the food was super good. I would definitely recommend them!
One of our favorite pizza place and they never disappoint. Can't go wrong here.
The service, food and atmosphere is great. Amy, our server was polite & courteous. She handled the clientele with the atmost professionalism. And she was busy as I believe she was the only server with a hostess. But no one was in a need for anything. You must try LaRosa's Pizzeria Restaurant.
