Had lunch with friends today and the service was horrible. One person in our party had a to go order and after waiting over 35 minutes she was told the person making the meatball subs walked out. She asked for a refund and was told a call had to be made as no one was onsite to approve this request. Her request was finally approved after she left . I find this type of service to be unacceptable. I’ve frequented your establishment numerous times and have never received such bad service.

Had a late lunch here with a friend on a Sunday afternoon. The waiter was super nice, but it took forever for us to get our food. Food was good and hot when it arrived, thankfully!
