These guys were close to 2 hour delivery times before the pandemic. Always had a problem getting food here. And these days you'll sit on hold for 5 min. Literally 5 min to leave a order. Pivkup at times is a hour. They should close this store down and if Noone wants to work there.
Can't say enough as to how they treated us when the order was wrong.. We where coming back from Cincy (Surgery) when we placed the order by phone. They told us it would be 45mins and when we arrived they couldn't find the order. They promised to make another one right away. During that time we called home and found out that a Pizza arrived at home. Now the order was placed on the ice & snow storm day (Feb 3). The guy who delivered the Pizza and the family (owned) did a great job. I hope that the delivery man thaws out soon. P. S. The pizza was also great. Thanks again.

This ohio based pizza chain is great, no crust, just edge to edge pizza on a thin crispy crust cut into little rectangle pieces.These pizza is their hot chicken, crinkle pickles, jalapeno slices, ranch dressing drizzle & seasoned hot chicken. Freaking delicious
Two kids in the back goofing off while making food, another on the register who didn't know what they were doing all while the two managers were outside doing who knows what and they got my sandwich wrong and gave me dry a** meatballs with barely any sauce. WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING BACK!!!
What can I say, great pizza, great pizza with toppings edge to edge every time. They really clean and maintain their store at this location and it's great for eating in, carrying out, going through the drive-thru or having it delivered by one of their fast and friendly drivers. Anytime I've had an issue with my order they've been able to correct it immediately and send me away as a happy customer so this is a location I really recommend anybody to check out anytime they're in the area and are looking for a great thin crust pizza.
Let me start by saying Donatos is probably one of my favorite pizzas of all time. BUT this location is a disgrace to the entire organization. This place should be completely revamped. Whoever owns this specific location should be banned from ever owning a Donatos better yet any restaurant business period. I really hope the corporate gets this message and finally takes action towards this place so the people of this area can go back to enjoying Donatos the correct way.

We ordered a half dozen large pizzas for a class, and it was delivered hot and delicious. Definitely recommended.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Waited for a long amount of time to receive and over priced pizza that didn’t taste any better than competitors. Not the first problem I’ve had at this location.
