Had the cauliflower pizza. It was amazing.

Enjoyed, decent meal. Typically offer consistent quality in food!

Took an hour 30 min to get the pizza I ordered…

Pepperoni pizza was good. A little expensive compared to the big chains.

Great food. Fast friendly service

I cannot believe what just happened when call about a pizza that was burnt. The General Manager informed me that he cooked the pizza on the right temperature. He never said you can bring pizza back. He made sure to tell us he did not have time for this. We asked his name he would not give it to us. We asked for refund and he stated I do that now and hung up. We called customer service and was told they have received several complaints from this restaurant. I know it’s hard on restaurant worker but don’t take it out on those of us that support your paycheck.

Horrible ordering system food often late spent over $30.00+ Ordered food at about 5:50 pm- came up food to be delivered by 6:49 PM (a long time for delivery but we waited). At 7:10 pm a note came up saying that the pizza left the building at 7:01pm (they are literally less than 5 minutes away). At 7:25 pm I called and was told that he didn't know and had to go check it out several times. Then told they had only one driver. I said I can just bet that the pizza was cold and the sandwich was probably not in much better condition. True to form that's how it showed up at 7:30 PM now two days ago I ordered a sandwich and a pizza it came on time however their sub sandwiches are really poor compared to what they used to be won't be going back

Love this pizza. Best pizza ever. Staff was friendly and food came out quick.

Ordered 2 pizzas last night. Delivered 20 minutes late and both pizzas were incorrect. Called the store for a refund and ended up being verbally abused by the manager who answered the phone! Now, I’m not usually much of a stickler about the timing of pizza delivery, especially on a Friday night, but I was on a bit of a time-crunch, so the extra 20 minutes was problematic. Secondly, my son is gluten and dairy intolerant, so when they sent a large, regular crust, pepperoni pizza with cheese instead of the gluten-free, no cheese, pepperoni pizza I ordered, I couldn’t expect my son to just “eat what he’s given”. Frustrating as this all was, when I call the store, assuming that they were very busy, I was direct and to-the-point with the man who answered the phone. I told him my issues and asked for a refund. His response was “I’ll give you a refund, but...” Now, being in a customer-oriented business, I know you never start trying to explain away a mistake. I let him know that his response was inappropriate. He then proceeded into a tirade about “not being talked down to”, “need to understand how busy it is”, and “been in the customer-service industry for a long time”. I let him finish before asking to speak with the manager. When he informed me he was the manager, I was floored!! Not the way to continue relationships with customers!
