DO NOT ORDER CAKES ONLINE.I genuinely appreciate this Dairy Queen. They saved my butt this weekend.I ordered a cake for my husband’s birthday to pick up at this location on Saturday. I got an email confirmation with an order number and pick up time. I went to this Dairy Queen to pick up the cake, but they didn’t have the order. They checked around, but couldn’t find any record of the order. They had the same flavor of cake in the freezer and they offered to personalize it for us. I cannot thank these guys enough. The problem was totally not their fault, but they solved the problem. I’m very appreciative of their help, but next time I’ll order an ice cream cake in person.
Fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a DQ. Employees were very fast and friendly :)

Saturday night 8pm. Busy drive thru. We walked right in, the only ones inside. There were at least 4 workers just as busy as bees . Friendly guy at counter took our order and at least 3 people worked on our order consisting of only 4 items. We were in and out in record time. I was very impressed! Everything was made as ordered and as usual, tasted delicious. We visit family in town each year and after this experience, we will be back.

My husband & I went there last night and my husband requested a medium chocolate cone and it was very small so my husband commented and the owner stated that is how big the medium cones are. They are not that small at other Dairy Queen's . Also, I requested extra whip cream several times there and they never add the extra whip cream. I dont care if they charge me for it but I want extra whip cream. Also, after pulling away last night my husband discovered his cone was chocolate on top and vanilla on the bottom. Owner had made a mistake and started putting vanilla in the cone and realized it was supposed to be chocolate topped it off with chocolate instead of throwing the cone away and starting over or making the vanilla for someone else and gave it to my husband that way.
Dining room needs opened up this is just to save them time from having to clean and deal with people in two different areas. New ownership is cheap sizes are not the same. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. This is not the old DQ of Centerville. Heck going to Kroger’s and making your own beats this nonsense. The miamisburg DQ is 109 percent better just not close.
Without question, this is simply the BEST Dairy Queen!! Paresh and Sangita make us two sheet cakes every month to take to our friends at Assisted Living for their birthday celebration. And EVERY month, they take the care and attention that one would expect if it were their own family's cakes. They are absolutely incredible, caring people and I don't know how they manage to make each month just a little sweeter than the last. They're one of a kind in the restaurant world and we love them just the way they are! We live out of town, but we always honor this DQ with our business ... that's how very remarkable PARESH and SANGITA are! (Well, and their DQ treats are over-the-moon, too!!) Come see for yourself!!
